Established in 2001.

When my grandmother was still alive, she wanted to learn more about the computer. She loved looking at pictures of my brother and me, playing bridge at all hours of day and night and looking up information about new knitting patterns online. We set up this business to help her and her friends at the facility she lived in.

I’m writing to review Dave, the guy who makes your computer work again. I had a new computer acting slow and suddenly very strange. Dave was able to fit me in to his schedule 2 hours after I called. Dave is really sweet — he takes the time to explain what’s going on and how you can help yourself have a better computer experience going forward.
He fixed my machine, got me set up with affordable services for the future and was just a pleasure to work with.
Two days later, something new and weird happened so I called Dave immediately. Within 10 minutes over the phone, again, fixed. He makes it really seamless and easy.

Pam did a 100% perfect job helping me with my taxes. I needed a consultation to get my bearings with taxes for my new business, and she let me know all the information I needed to send her. I emailed it to her and within a few hours she responded with some follow-​up questions. A few days later, she had a full analysis of my tax situation along with some ideas to lower them. I recently bought my very first Mac! Transitioning from Microsoft to Mac at almost 66, it was a big step! No regrets! I am an avid walker and in my numerous walks, I noticed a car with a subtle advertisement «computers made easy». I sent a email and here came Debbie! She is the most incredible young lady, easy steps to learn how to use the Mac, synchronizing my iPhone to the Mac, showing me a better way to handle pix via the dropbox, getting me more and more comfortable how to use the Social network, in a nutshell: priceless! I am a vibrant person and with Debbie being such an awesome and energetic person, we were in perfect sync! Very clear instructions, absolute knowledge of computers and iPhone. My native language is French but I do speak English after 30 years in America, still with a French accent but Debbie had no problem listening and understanding me. She has travelled the world!
Great personality and Debbie is always on time for her scheduled appointment. I had a few appointments and I learnt a lot and it is not over! I am in the process of purchasing the iPhone 6 Plus and of course Debbie will be my mentor!

I want to clone Debbie’s brain and enthusiasm. I was having issues transitioning from Windows XP to windows 7. I called Debbie and spent the most productive 1 ½ hour with her. She helped with email issues and general setup of my computer. She showed me how to backup files using «Dropbox» and how to transfer photos from my Iphone to my computer. She offered tips and suggestions to make my life easier. In other words, she can do it all. Debbie is like having your own tech support!!! She is professional and extremely knowledgeable.

I was getting frustrated and wasting a lot of time deleting the same emails from each of my different computers and iPhone.
I called Debbie and she suggested that I upgrade my GoDaddy account and switch to allow IMAP access.
After a quick phone call and a session, we set up my 2 Macs and my iPhone so that everything looked the same and synced.
Debbie also taught me about iCloud and showed me what it could do for me and helped me straighten out all of my settings.
My life is so much easier now!

A Genius at Making You More Productive!
Debbie Leight is adept at many computer technologies, and she excels in making small business owners more productive! After just one session with Debbie, my contacts were synched between my Macbook, my iphone and my ipad (no more entering contacts twice!), my calendars were synched and I had the right app for collecting all those business cards.

I am a web developer so I consider myself pretty tech savvy. But my ability to make most things work on a computer meant that I had actually backed myself into some awkward corners with my email, calendar etc. Debbie took my own email on my own domain and transitioned me into using it within Google Apps.
I cannot tell you how much faster, more productive and time saving this is than when I was still on Outlook with only partial synchronization between my computer, phone and iPad. Now I have full and effortless synchronization. THANK YOU!!!

Debbie is an excellent computer and smartphone tutor. I saw her in action when she tutored my 70-​year-​old father recently. My dad had left his full-​time job and was starting out as an independent consultant. He needed a new email account for his business. He also wanted to transition away from AOL for his personal email and get a GMail account.
With this information and in less than an hour, Debbie:
+ Created a new email address and domain for my dad using Google Apps for Business
+ Showed my dad how to manage his business calendar with Google Calendar
+ Created a new personal GMail address for my dad
+ Imported all my dad’s old AOL email messages and contacts into GMail.
At the same time, my dad also had just bought an iPhone and wanted to learn how to use GMail and Google Calendar on his phone. Debbie set up these accounts on his phone and showed my dad how to use them.
My dad was so happy to have his tech life better organized. Debbie is knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and empowers people with knowledge. You can tell she genuinely loves to help people and she has a deep knowledge of technology from her 7+ years at Google.
