History

Established in 2007.

After working in the advertising department of Gap Inc. for close to 10 years and having two children, I decided to branch out on my own. I wanted to use my creative skills and still be close to my family. When my husband who is half of GB Photographs needed a wedding album designed for a client, my new path was born. I’ve been designing wedding albums, engagement guest books, family albums and even a storybook fairytale ever since. Im thrilled to have discovered a way to incorporate my love of photography and design into one cohesive offering to my clients.

Meet the Business Owner

Laura R.

Business Owner

Laura R. received a Bachelor of Arts degree in both graphic design and photography in 1993. After working in the Bay Area photographic community for 4 years, she began designing portfolios, identity packages and other printed products. In 1998 she met her mentor, Deanne Delbridge, who taught her how to see the story inside of a photograph and to address every detail, no matter how small.

In 2002, Laura married her husband, a fine art photographer and half of GB Photographers.

Laura has a flare for simple yet bold design and loves paying attention to each detail that when placed together builds a final creative vision. She currently resides in Northern California with her husband and two children.
