The Carpet Cleaning Club

I agree with all the negative reviews. I wish I read the reviews prior to my purchase. After numerous voicemails I was finally able to scheduled an appointment a week ago and was supposed to have my carpets cleaned. I was told I’d get a call 30 minutes before and be there between the 2 hour time gap I was given and that never happen. The guy comes In to look at my rooms and told me to have stains removed I’d have to pay an additional 50 bucks per room. That is fine however I explained to him we are still renovating so I don’t need that now. He went back out for 15 minutes. I wondered why it took so long to come back In so I went outside to see what was going on and the van was gone! I called after 10 minutes and left a vm. He called back to explain that he had an emergency. That’s fine and dandy… but it would have been nice if he came In to let me know as a customer he had to go. He then told me to call the generic line and reschedule an appointment. I don’t have all day nor the time or energy to push furniture and lift heavy objects while being pregnant and not have my carpet cleaned!!! I am very disappointed in this business and having to move my furniture back!

Possibly the worst carpet cleaning company ever existed. People who gave 5 stars. I do not know what kind experiences you had with them. Mine is completely different. I have never felt this angry before. This is hands down the worst customer server I have ever ever experienced. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Business like them should not repeat not exist.
Scheduled an appointment with them a couple weeks back for a Saturday cleaning. I was told the window will be from 11am to 1pm and someone will call me half hour prior to the appointment. I spent all night prior all early morning to clean up the room, moved all the furniture out. 11am hits, I called to ask for an ETA. The guy picked up said they will call me. I waited another hour, nothing happened, called again same answer. 1pm hits, nothing happened, called again, this time no one picked up. I repeated the call for 18 times, that is right I am patient. I called 18 times and the guy finally picked up and what he told me… He said you will have to find somebody lee to do the job.
Are you kidding me? Is this how you do business? I invested my time, my Saturday entire morning and you tell me to find someone else.
They are not honest with their customers and I feel cheated disrespected. Getting a refund is not an issue. I need an explanation from them for why it is ok for them to waste my time and energy and treat customers like this.

Do not use this company. I had a voucher with a $ 300 value. They told me that it is only for steaming and does not include a cleaning agent. Very dishonest and unprofessional.

Terrible terrible terrible! please don’t be fooled by their ads or good prices! They completely overcharge, are unprofessional and suck!!! They charged me twice for the services, a month apart! They are liars and just try to get over on their customers. I have been waiting for my refund for over a month! THEY SUCK!!!
