A rock hit a window from the gardner’s lawn mower. I called Mark and he was out the next day to give an estimate. It only took a few days for the window to be replaced at a reasonable price.

Manor Windows recently replaced 12 windows in my old Victorian. He and his helpers were very conscientious and took great care working around some delicate furnishings. I really appreciated his willingness to allow my husbands input on a few of the windows that were really tricky. My house is over 100 years old and there are often surprises in any renovation project. Though this was not the easiest job for him, Marc worked long hours to make sure it was done right. And to top it off, they were very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Manor Windows. Thanks Mark.

My window on my rental home was shattered by some kids. So I shopped Unilocal and called Manor Window and Glass. Mark returned my call and told me he would call my tennant to arrange a time to take a look and give me an estimate. He called back shortly after and quoted me a fair price for the replacement glass and labor. He needed to order the glass, so a week later, all repairs are done. My tennants were very happy with him and said he did a great job. I will call him again if I have any other glass repair needs.

We had a fantastic experience! I emailed Mark on a Tuesday afternoon. He emailed right back and said he could come out the next day to quote the job. He came as promised on Wednesday, quoted us a very reasonable price and scheduled installation for Monday. He came, as promised, installed them in about 5 minutes, had a nice quick chat with my husband and I and went on his way. Super nice guy that gets the job done! What more can you ask?

My husband and I just purchased our first home in San Leandro (yeah!!). The previous owners did a wonderful job getting the house ready for market and that included replacing two of the bedroom windows. We asked them who did the work because we love the windows and want to use the same company for the other bedroom as well as the bathroom — and they referred us to Manor Window.
I’ve called three times over the past three weeks, leaving messages each time. No call back. Finally, on the fourth try, someone answered the phone and he basically said he couldn’t help me because they’re too busy.
Obviously this review has nothing to do with their quality, only their customer service. If you’re that busy, hire help. God knows there are plenty of people in need of work right now. And be a little more professional and actually return people’s calls. Jeez.
