What peace of mind to have CityHealth Urgent Care close to home. I had a severe infection that was really hurting me, so I went to their website and set up an appointment to see Dr. Levine. He was very knowledgeable and professional — he carefully explained what was going on, and gave me a prescription that reduced the pain and cleared up the infection in a couple of days. I would definitely recommend CityHealth Urgent Care — they really helped me out when I was not feeling well, and needed to see a doctor right away.

I can’t give them enough stars! I was visiting my sister in Castro Valley and my 1 yr old daughter woke up with an eye infection. I called them and they gave me an appointment to come in within the hour. Everyone was so helpful and the doctor I saw was so gentle with my little one. They even called to check on her the following day. They really are the best care in the area. I would make them my primary if I lived in the area :)

This office is from the future! I used an ipad to enter my information and saw the Dr. within minutes. It was my first time here, the day after Christmas on a Saturday and they made me an appointment with a phone call. The staff was caring and friendly. Dr. Parkin was personable, knowledgeable and empathetic. I was in and out within 20 minutes. I wish all doctor visits were like this.

I split open my big toe this morning (my fault for wearing sandals in the middle of December on a bad sidewalk) and hobbled into CityHealth with a bag full of blood wrapped around my foot. Didn’t bat an eye. Got seated in the back right away, treated by a doctor who cheerfully stabbed me full of lidocaine, explained what he was doing to fix my foot, and answered every question I threw at him. The whole staff was friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. I almost wish I got hurt more so I could go back and see them again.

I called the urgent care one night at 630, telling them I should make it on time, but may be a few minutes late. I am pregnant and have a bad cold that hasn’t gone away that needed attention. I asked them to let me if they would let me in if I was just a few minutes late, and they said that they wouldn’t let me in if I was a minute after 7. I reminded them that I was pregnant and they didn’t care.
That being said, I did get there 5 minutes before they closed. The doctor was very thorough and kind.

Best urgent care office I’ve ever been to. They take appointments, (which is AWESOME!) Accepted my HMO plan, and I was able to get an appointment within 30 min– and was in and out.
All paperwork was done on a tablet and took 2 minutes! Everyone was super nice, helpful, and professional. Love the staff here. The offices are nice and clean. It’s never fun having to go to urgent care, but they made it a pleasant experience! :)

This place is fantastic! I’d been having some pain in the bottom of my foot and called and was able to pop right in. They took all my info via iPad (oh hey, technology!) and called me back to see the doctor within 10 minutes. They took some quick X-​rays and told me I had strained something while walking. I’m glad I came here instead of a normal X-​Ray place — they were professional, yet compassionate and extremely helpful. They wrapped my foot up and called in a prescription, which I was able to pick up on my way home. Overall SUCH an easy process, which is key when you’re not feeling the best! Two thumbs up

My wife fell on her ankle last weekend and within a few minutes her ankle was massively swollen. We rushed her down to CityHealth Urgent Care. Within an hour she had received an x-​ray that revealed the bones were perfectly intact (just a very bad sprain), she was bandaged up with a boot and crutches and on her way home to rest. We’d probably still be waiting in the ER if we had gone to the hospital. We also showed the X-​rays to our doctor friends who were very impressed with the quality of the images.
Sean Parkin and the entire CityHealth staff provided great and professional service. The place is welcoming, friendly, and efficient. My wife’s recovering perfectly and we just stopped by again this weekend to have an eye irritation checked out. So easy!

I would give them a BILLION stars if I could. Called at 2pm after I sliced my thumb pretty good, they made me a 2:15 appt, rolled in at 2:20, they were all set up for me, sutured me up and discharged me by 2:55! Not only was Sean knowledgeable and personable, he was very skilled at repairing my laceration. To boot, they accepted my Aetna insurance and it only cost me my $ 10 co-​pay! I could not recommend them more!!!

Accompanied my wife to this facility yesterday. Wow! Very impressive. Very high-​tech, clean with a warm, inviting setting and attentive staff. Since I had cause to be there, i went ahead and got a flu shot. Quick, easy and painless. Maybe that doesn’t happen every time, but I’ve never had an injection go so smoothly. Exceptionally pleased with the overall experience and my wife’s outcome.

CityHealth is a jewel. The facility was easy to find and on-​site parking. Registration process was quick, easy and paperless. Staff are professional and friendly. Dr. Sean Parkin was very knowledgeable and made sure that all of my concerns were heard and addressed. Definitely recommend CityHealth for your Urgent Care needs

This urgent care is great! The staff is super friendly and the waiting room is beautiful. The patient registration process was quick and easy and I waited a whole 2 minutes before Sonja told me she was ready for me. She administered a literally painless flu shot. Seriously, I didn’t even feel it. I almost wish the whole process took a bit longer so I could have spent more time there! ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would visit again.

I went here to get a flu shot and not only are they open on Saturdays and Sundays, but the staff is super nice and welcoming! This place is brand new, so all the equipment is new and it feels a lot nicer than being in the average urgent care. The P.A. I saw named Natalie was incredibly nice and professional and even gave me advice about some pain i’ve been experiencing in my knee. Thanks so much! I would HIGHLY recommend visiting this urgent care and will definitely be back :)

Called today about getting an extremely painful ingrown fingernail taken care of and they were able to schedule me immediately. Dropped in the office, filled out the standard forms on an iPad (pretty cool!), and was immediately taken back into an exam room where the super friendly PA Heather was able to quickly (and painlessly!) patch me up and take care of the issue. I was pretty nervous about getting this taken care of since it’s been über painful in the past, but I literally felt nothing. After she was complete, the staff already had my discharge papers ready and had sent off my antibiotic prescription. In and out.
*Also* I want to mention it was WAY MORE AFFORDABLE than the other clinics I called in the area. I was paying out of pocket so this made a huge difference in the pocketbook. Will definitely be back if I have any further issues!

Dr. Levine and PA Parkin are great! Both with lots of ER experience. Very knowledgable and professional. I would highly recommend them!

I was very happy with Dr. Levine’s care! Turns out his background is Emergency Medicine, so it’s nice to know he really a knows his stuff!

Sean Parkin and Dr. Adin Levine are who you want to see when you have an urgent situation. They have many years of experience in Emergency Medicine and can and have treated anything and everything. On top of that, they are great human beings with amazing interpersonal skills. They will treat you like family, keep you calm, and provide you with top notch care, amazing with both kids and adults. I would recommend these two for all of your urgent care needs.

This place is the best. I would give it 100 stars. I was in need fast. I had a horrible infected finger. Was really bad. I call my Doc to get it checked out and they could not see me till next week. I did not want to emergency for a big fat swollen infected finger and have to pay $ 500.00 bucks for that. Also it was not life threatening.
CityHealth Urgent Care. Just like the names say’s it. This is what they do. They take care of your medical needs fast, painless and simple. I called and drove right in. Right away I was taking care of. My finger was badly infected and it needed to be drained. With in minutes I patched up, cleaned up. bandaged. I did not loose the whole day of work.

If I could give CityHealth and Sean Parkin 100 stars I would. Sean went above and beyond. He showed tremendous kindness and provided thorough, gentle care. I wish I lived in the area so CityHealth could be my ‘go to’ urgent care facility.
Here’s what happened. While in town visiting family for a baby shower last Saturday I went for a run and fell and cut up my knee requiring stitches. So, I rushed to the emergency room at Sutter Health only to be told there was a 3 hour wait before I could even be seen. If I stayed I’d miss the shower which I’d traveled far for so I searched online for urgent care facilities nearby and found CityHealth.
Sean answered the phone. He said that the practice was brand new and had not yet opened their doors. He asked what was going on so I told him about my fall and he said, «I want to help you out. We’re still under construction and I’m wearing shorts but if you’re OK with that, I can treat you right away.»
Fifteen minutes later I arrived at his office and he greeted me with a friendly smile. As promised, he treated me right away and did a prefect job cleaning and stitching me up. He was gentle and discussed each step prior to taking it, which I appreciated. He has a calming, reassuring presence and was easy to talk to. He made a painful situation much better.
He prescribed an antibiotic and asked which pharmacy I’d like him to call the prescription into. I didn’t know the closest pharmacy to where I was staying so he handed me his business card and asked me to text him with the info. He also encouraged me to call or text with any questions.
I asked him how much I owed and he said that I could call on Monday with my insurance information. He said, «If they don’t cover out of network providers you can just pay me the co-​pay and we’ll call it a day.»
As it turned out, unbeknownst to me, I had a lapse in insurance coverage since I just started a new job. I let Sean know and he kindly said the treatment was ‘on the house.’ I asked him if I could at least give him the equivalent of my co-​pay and he refused to take it.
I made it to the baby shower just in the nick of time. I was so pleased I happened to find CityHealth and Sean so kindly treated me right away otherwise I would have missed it and the trip would have been a bust.
Sean checked in later that week to see how I was feeling and ask if I had any questions about wound care. I asked him a few questions and he provided very helpful information.

Late on a Sunday night our 2.5 years old active daughter hurt her right eye bumping by accident on our dinner corner table while hurrying to show Daddy her Lego. Immediately I noticed something wrong as she mentioned a few words that her eye was hurting while crying at same time. As I hurried towards her I saw tears and blood in her eye. We felt helpless for our loved child and started looking for urgent medical care online which ones nearby would be open and started calling. When my wife called CityHealth Urgent Care, a gentleman picked up the phone and mentioned the office was not open at that time around 9:15 pm.
My wife explained our emergency situation with our daughter’s eye and found out later that the gentleman on the phone was actually a doctor! He was Dr. Adin Levine! Dr. Adin Levine was there late that night to prepare CityHealth Urgent Care First day of opening business the next day! Dr. Levine understood the situation with our daughter was urgent and kindly asked us if we like to come by to his office at CityHealth even though it was closed and that he can take a look at my daughter’s eye.
Once arrived Dr. Levine made us feel calm and comfortable as he examined our daughter. Our daughter hurt some vein during that trauma impact. She is now back to her normal active pace. Dr. Levine has 30 years of experience in Emergency Medicine. He went beyond as a person blessed with Doctor’s skills to care for our daughter’s injury. We definitely recommend him to anyone and give more than 5 stars if possible!
