I have had the same team clean my home for five years. They do a wonderful job. I have weekly service. I am a busy single mom who works full time. I love Molly Maid, and coming home to a freshly cleaned home. I’m so thankful for their being in my life. I have had many cleaning services – this one is the best. I recommend no matter who you choose, make sure the cleaning team is bonded and insured, and doesn’t switch the teams around. (A competitor had a trainee assigned without my knowledge – and their worker caused a terrible flood which caused thousands of dollars damage.) Molly Maid is the only business I trust when it comes to my family.

These are my mop pads when I re-mopped the next day after they «cleaned» my house. Disappointed as I had clearly stated my floors were the main concern and they just cleaned the tile with a dust mop and cleaner when I was told they’d scrub it with a brush and bleach. When I brought it up to the cleaner he seemed like I was inconveniencing by asking about the bleach and scrub brush I was told would be done by Peter when he came by to give me a quote a couple days before. They did an ok job on rest of the house but the. Rushed through the floors, which again I communicated were a main concern of mine. Won’t be using them again nor would I recommend them.
