Barbara and her team are amazing! I called her on Wednesday needing an urgent cleaning the next day because of some difficult landlords we were dealing with at the home we were moving out of. She was able to accommodate us with the one day notice and even at a time that worked perfectly for her team to be done in time for our carpet cleaners to come and do their job. We will definitely be hiring Deluxe to clean our new home. They did a wonderful job and cleaned areas of the house I was never expecting them to for the type of move out clean we hired them for. They went above and beyond, were quick, great at their job and at a very fair price!

This past weekend was the first time I used there service and it was amazing. Our house was spotless. I have tried two other services and they didn’t spend half the time that Deluxe did or do half as good as job! I would highly recommend!

Barbara was able to send out a crew to me ASAP. Our house needed to be deep cleaned before the new renters moved in. Barbara sent out Dora and her crew. They did an AMAZING job. I’ve never seen our house so clean. I went to go check on their progress and found them standing on the counters, cleaning the tops of the oven and blinds– where it NEVER gets cleaned! Another person was cleaning in the crevices of the kitchen drawers– sparkling clean! And Dora was cleaning our garage! Seriously, amazing! I will definitely hire them again. Affordable prices and the job was done COMPLETELY. Thank you so much!

We have 2 dogs at our house (at one time we had 4), not to mention we live on a busy street with a lot of construction in the last six months. Love Deluxe Image. Among other regular services I’ve had them perform last time I moved out of a rental condo I needed a deep clean and help getting all the cat hair out of the house left from a roommate. They did such an amazing job my landlord wrote a letter stating it was the cleanest move out he had ever had! Highly recommend them! Plus Barbara is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever dealt with!

Deluxe Image has cleaned our family home for over 10 years now. When we first started with her all those years ago, I remember I had just fired a solo cleaning lady who had just washed my husband’s wool sweaters in our washing machine and put them in the dryer. Before that we always had cleaning people, but none that we kept using consistently and trusted for this long. Barbara (the owner of Deluxe Image) arrives at our house with the crew promptly every week and there’s always someone here at the house that I can talk to about any concerns that day. Barbara is kindhearted and its that kindness that comes through to my family week after week and allows us to trust her and her employees in our home. We have hardwood floors, antique furniture, precious artwork, premium carpets and high end stainless steel appliances — I trust her company to keep them clean & maintained, as well as I possibly could. While no cleaning company was ever perfect that we used, she has always «owned it» when mistakes were made and made it right without question. That’s all you can really ask for if you want someone you can trust long term in your home. Our home is left clean, locked, secured and our dog crated (which we prefer) when they leave. I just hope she will still have time for us after I post this review, but after 10 years of great service she deserves it.

I have 3 dogs at home with hardwood floor, my house gets pretty dirty. I use this company to clean my house they always do an AMAZING job. Barbara the owner is terrific she always confirms with you about app. times. The women always show up on time and leave my house sparkling. I would recommend everyone to Deluxe Image.

I love Deluxe Image! They come once a week and I love coming home to a clean home! I have met the owners and they are beyond respectable and trustworthy. This is a stand-​up company that I can confidently recommend!

This was my first time ever hiring cleaning help. Obviously, I need to get better at it. Barbara seemed eager for my business and her cleaning crew appeared hardworking, but I was rather unimpressed with the results. They missed a lot of obvious dust, dirt and grime and made excuses when I pointed out things that were missed. And although they claimed to have their own cleaning supplies and equipment, once I inspected their job, they were asking one another for bleach and things like that which they should’ve already had with them, since I had let Barbara know ahead of time how dirty the place would be. Perhaps they spent the whole time running their vacuum and just using my electricity in the process. I could’ve continued to point out more stuff that they missed, but by that point, I just wanted them gone so I paid them and bid them adieu. If I had it to do over again, I’d go with a place that doesn’t use a crew so the results can be more consistent from room to room and task to task. Otherwise, I’d stay there and watch over them the whole time (with earplugs in, of course).

I also use Deluxe Image and have recommended them to many over the years. Barbara and her team have been cleaning my home since 1991! First in Mission Viejo and now in Dana Point. I agree with the previous reviewer, they are great with my pets. I feel safe not being there when they come to my home. Barbara has always been flexible with me as to my schedule.

I’ve used Deluxe Image Cleaning for so long that I forgot to look them up on Unilocal and write a review. I’ve finally gotten to it today and noticed they are not on Unilocal.This is a shame since I know a few of my friends use them and are very happy with the service. This is my 3^rd year using them on a monthly basis, they do a great job and the prices are reasonable. Each time they come in to clean, they focus on something new on top of the basic cleaning. They will focus on base boards, blinds, nooks and crannies, anything that needs attention each time they come. Barbara is the owner and coordinator, she always calls before her team comes over and makes sure the time and date is good for your schedule. They are great with pets too, I have 2 small dogs and the team always makes sure there is fresh water in the bowls and makes sure all gates are closed behind them when they leave. I am very happy with their service and would recommend Deluxe Image to anyone who needs a good thorough house cleaning!
