Great, professional service. Friendly and hard working. Our windows were filthy after a construction project and the screens very dusty. Bob came out at 8:00 AM and worked for 5.5 hours cleaning our screens, scraping paint off our windows, and resulting in beautifully clean windows. Bob even took the time to give me the phone number to the manufacturer of our windows. We had one with a broken seal and moisture getting in-​between the dual panes. He informed me about the life time guarantee on the window seals. It was nice to know we could solve the problem for free. Thanks, Bob! I’d definitely use this service again. Recommended. This job was for windows cleaned at a 2-​bedroom rental condo I own. Bob was professional, showed up on time, was friendly, and did quality work for a fair price. Bob is clearly an experienced window cleaner, took care in removing and replacing screens, and took pride in his work. I had confidence in allowing him to work unsupervised. I would recommend him and intend to use his services again. One other tip. Didn’t realize it until after, but I visited his web site after the job and found he has a cost estimating tool that may be useful.

On time, good work, great price. Have a had a different company come out before and my windows had streaks and they had forgot one in the back of house. The guy with «A Better Outlook» I believe his name was Travis, did a great job. After his crew was done he went around the house and checked the work and asked if everything was done to satisfaction… Which I appreciated.

I did tons of research before choosing someone to clean my windows when my husband and I purchased our home. I first found Bob (owner/​operator of A Better Outlook Window Cleaning) on Angie’s List where he had great reviews there too.
This is the second time I’ve had Bob clean our windows (I like to get it done annually) and he was just as wonderful this time as he was the first time!
You can go to Bob’s website and he has a neat online cost estimator where you can type in the number of each type of window that you have and it will give you a quote so you know exactly how much to expect when he cleans your windows. His prices are very reasonable considering he cleans every window and screen by hand (inside & outside). If you have a glass wall as part of the fence in your yard, Bob will clean that too! He even puts his ladder over the fence so that he can clean both sides of the glass wall.
Bob keeps very detailed records and I was impressed that he remembered some specifications that I had requested the first time that he cleaned my windows when he was here this time.
Bob is very friendly, punctual, professional and it is a relief to have someone so trustworthy in my home where I don’t have to feel like I need to watch him while he goes into every room of my house.

Bob came by to clean all our windows and door side lights today. He is true to his word, courteous, dependable, and a class act. He must really enjoy it to a degree because his positive attitude is infectious, and his work is immaculate.

I contacted Bob to help me change our smoke detector battery which was located on our 16′ ceiling. He accepted our unusual request and agreed to fit us in on the day we called. He was very detailed oriented to make sure he could satisfy our needs. Our request made for a very long day for him.
He was very professional and friendly and I would certainly use him again. His charge was extremely reasonable. I felt like it was almost like a friend coming over to help us out. I would highly recommend him.

I called another five star review mentioned on Unilocal and was stunned at the price! Moving on, A Better Outlook was next and I liked the name! Bob answered the phone and was professional and personable. He scheduled the appointment himself. He showed up exactly when he said he would and did a fantastic job cleaning our windows and screens. He even took his shoes off when inside our home. Check out his website, it’s great, too! We have paid less for our windows to be washed, but the quality of service was not there. We paid a little more this time and it was well worth it for the quality of service! Bob is our new window guy and we highly recommend him!
