Wise Cleaning Service

Very detailed, sweet, and caring work! My place was very dirty, didnt think it could ever get back to like new, but these nice ladies changed that! Not too expensive, definitely worth every penny. Glad i picked this group to clean my place, more work to come! thanks!

In reading the other reviews, I see the cleaning service I received was just as unacceptable as some others. We were moving IN to a house that supposedly had been cleaned over Labor Day weekend. We were able to get into the house sooner than we expected so I was hustling to get someone to clean ASAP. I called other places that were recommended on Unilocal but they were all booked up. I did have to wait more days than I wanted for Josie but I hired her. Mind you, this is a move IN. To me, this is cleaning and wiping out cupboards, drawers & closets so I can start putting my things away.
She had herself, her sister and her daughter with her. They spent a good time there but Josie left the kitchen till last. When she told me she was finished I noticed the backsplash behind the stove was filthy as was the inside of the light/​fan above the stove. She proceeded to clean the areas very hasty. I trusted her too so I didn’t check every cabinet/​drawer. As I started to unpack my things to place in the cupboards it was so dirty! As I continued I noticed I HAD TO CLEAN EVERY KITCHEN DRAWER, CUPBOARD & ATTACHED ITEMS. The paper towel holder was disgusting. I
I did sent her a message of my disappointment in her service and my intention of giving her 4 stars for review. But that was BEFORE I saw all the things she left undone. I gave her 2 stars as her crew was good, thorough and friendly and Josie gave me one of her soft cloths. She NEVER did respond to apologize. There are A LOT of other cleaning teams out there and I recommend you choose one of those before Wise Cleaning.

Had Josi clean my home for the second time and I never get disappointed with her great service and customer service. She is always friendly, as well as the other ladies and very punctual. Needless to say that the house was spotless and everything that I asked for got done. Thank you Josi for your great service!

Hired Josi and her crew for a move in clean. Everything was remodeled and new, but I wanted everything wiped down so I could just move in. Met Josi and her sister (very friendly and nice) and hired her on the spot. She said it will take her crew 4 – 5 hours.
The day came for the cleaning (she brought 4 ladies with her). I had a tile guy working on the backsplash in the kitchen. I asked Josi if she could work around him and do the kitchen last. She agreed. 1 and half hour later she calls me and says she’s finished. I head to the house and the hardwood floors were vacuumed and «cleaned» (it felt sticky). We did a walk through and she told me couple of spots she could not remove from the flooring (I removed the spots with a wet paper towel easily). the tile guy was still working so she could not do the kitchen and but agreed that one of the ladies will return next day at 7 am and finish the kitchen. I was grateful and paid her. I had to rush back so I could continue to pack at my old place.
Move in day: I met the lady at 7am and gave her tip because I was grateful she showed up to clean the kitchen. I told her to let her self out when she is finish because I had to go finishing packing. Several hours later, I start unpacking and open the cabinets and run my finger through the shelves and could not believe none of the cabinets were wiped down. Then i check the bathroom cabinets and the same deal. UNBELIEVABLE! So after a mad rush to wipe everything down, I started to take a closer look at everything else that was «cleaned» or not cleaned in this case.
Later that evening I turned on the bath to give my son a bath and they didn’t clean that either. I turn on the water and sand and grit starts coming out (we did some repiping) so if she actually cleaned that would have all been flushed away. Well, the list goes on and on, of what was not cleaned.
2 days later I finally have a chance to breath, so I give her call. Her reasoning is why am I calling her 2 days later. Well, Josi, I was a little busy moving. And as I explained to her, I trusted her and believed everything was wiped down and cleaned so I did not do a white glove inspection. Please keep in mind, everything is new including the fixtures, so it looks clean at a quick glance. However, the interior doors were not replaced so it had all the construction dust still on it. I took a picture of the «cleaned» doors so I will try to post it.

Had Josi clean my condo prior to moving in. She was punctual, friendly and did a fantastic job. The home was spotless when she was complete. Her attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend using Josi for a detailed, friendly and honest job.

Josi & Co. are kind, friendly, reliable and efficient. They do a thorough and fast job. I also appreciate her flexibility when I need to change my schedule. She’s very sweet to my kids and goes the extra mile. I highly recommend her. She makes my life much easier!

Josi and her team are absolutely AMAZING. So friendly, always on time, and they do an extremely thorough job cleaning the house. It’s sparkling by the time they leave! Josi has been cleaning my house for several years and I’ve never had a cleaner house. She pays close attention to detail and when she leaves I always feel like my house is spotless. There are also extra little touches such as rolled towels in my bathrooms, wiping down small kitchen appliances, etc. Josi is incredibly trustworthy. I’m typically never home when she is cleaning. All in all Josi runs a 5 star service– you won’t be disappointed!
