Heater stopped blowing heat during chilly night. Called Therma Tech (after googling and then reading Unilocal reviews) early Saturday morning. Henry was here by mid-​day and fixed the furnace problem (thermocoupler) within an hour. I then asked for consultation on my air conditioning issue discovered last summer (since I now have a trusted HVAC person), and we will address it as soon as weather warms up. Very pleased.

I called Therma Tech based on the great Unilocal reviews and am glad I did. I needed to fix the heater for my family house and was able to schedule with Henry on a very short notice. Not only was Henry very responsive, but he did a great job on repairing the heater without any incident. I wasn’t there to see him in action, but he explained to me on the phone what was wrong and why. He also took pictures of replacement parts and sent them to me, so I knew exactly what was being done and replaced. The heater has been working wonderfully since. I would definitely work with Henry and Therma Tech again in the future.

Henry certainly knows what he is doing, and does it right. This guy is as responsive and professional as it gets. Total straight shooter. Pleasantly surprised, as he was early to our appointment (great b/​c it was getting cold w/​o the heater over here). Diagnosed the problem quickly (bad furnace motor), replaced it in a jiffy, and had me back up and running in no time. Highly recommend him to anyone who needs to have an HVAC repair performed!

We contacted Therma Tech a few days before Xmas when most of the furnace companies were booked up until after the new year.
Henry, the owner, was very accommodating in terms of quick respond to the issue as well as providing us with enough information to help us make the best decision.
Our furnace was replaced within less than 48 hrs after the first time we had contacted him.

I had a problem with my gas heater for the past few days, i called Thema Tech at 3:00 pm yesterday 12−27−15 and Henry answered the phone gave me an appointment at 5:00 pm, he came to my house right on time, he diagnosed my gas heater and within 10 mins he found the problem and fixed it. Henry is very professional, informative and honest person. If you have a problem with your Gas heater or any kind of HVAC work i highly recommend Therma Tech.

The owner Henry is an honest and trusting person. I wrote him a message on Thursday via Unilocal about my furnace issues. He responded late the same evening, around 10pm. He came out the very next day, no charge, and checked out my furnace and gave me my options, he had all the parts and equipment with him to do the job on the spot. (I told him I had spoken with other companies and was given estimates, one company would have been a cheaper repair and he suggested for me to go with them since they could do it for less, but the other companies didn’t have the parts on hand and I would of had to wait.) He told me to think about my options and to just give him a call if I wanted to proceed. No sales pitch, no pressure. I contacted him on Saturday around 2pm and told him I’d like for him to replace the motor, he arrived at 4:30 and got to work.
I appreciate the honesty, having the parts on hand, not having to wait a week or two, not having to take a day off work and not having to pay extra because it’s the weekend! Thank you VERY MUCH!

I called these guys in morning and they showed up immediately within 10 minutes. I blew my fuse while changing the thermostat. Henry showed up and went up attic and fixed everything within 10 minutes. I have a toddler at home and none was ready to come to my house. The earliest appointment I was getting was two weeks later. I would highly recommend Henry and his team for any HVAC related job.

Henry is the best!!! I had an appt today with another HVAC company and they canceled on me last min. I called Henry desperately looking for someone to come out on short notice to fix our heater. This company is by far the best we have used. The office and Henry are great at communication. Henry kept me apprised of his ETA the day of my appointment. Upon arrival he had shoe booties which he used before entering my home. This is very much appreciated and many vendors/​techs do not do this. Therma Tech is very professional company. Henry, the owner, takes great care of his customers. He was helpful every step during the project: from explaining options, selecting appropriate choice of equipment, managing appointments, getting paperwork in place.
Many companies can replace AC unit. However Therma Tech not only replaces the unit, but also inspects ducts, tapes all cracks to ensure that the air does not escapes into the walls, makes electrical upgrades where needed, gets the city permit done and follows through. We had several appointments during the project. Each and every time Therma Tech technicians were there on time. They dont schedule 9 – 5 — they tell you exact time when they will be there.
Next time your friends replace AC — ask them if ducts had been inspected and taped :)
