This is a great company. They have great prices and service. I needed a screen for two windows and went to Lowe’s. They needed exact measurements and even then, it came damaged when it arrived and it still didn’t fit. Spoke to John and set up an appointment. They made 2 window screens and 2 doors on the spot and everything looks great. It was super easy. The prices are cheaper than Lowe’s as well. I will recommend them to all my family and friends.

John and Junior arrived promptly this morning, took care of replacing the screens in two of my sliding doors (I’d had the company replace another screen several years ago and was so impressed with the quality, I knew who to call when the other ones needed replacing). Having the heavy-​duty mesh that withstands two big dogs and three cats, while looking good as new, is essential. John & Junior were friendly, professional, and did a terrific job. Big thumbs up!

I had a great experience using these guys today. Their customer service is top notch and responsive. Junior came out and made three screens for me in no time. The screens look good and fit great. So we called last week and were impressed with the cost and we got an install date just one week later. One day before our install we get a call that there were two cancellations and if we were available the tech could come by today. Heck yeah we will be home! The guy, Junior, was on time and very professional and also friendly. He recommended that we get the pet screen once he saw our 80 lb. lab and it was just $ 50 more. Within a half an hour he had the screen installed and even tried to fix the squeaking the frame made at no extra cost. From his arrival to departure it was exactly an hour. We will definitely recommend these guys and use them again if need be.

Great customer service, fast, efficient and nice guys to deal with. The lady in the office was very nice, professional and accommodating-​liked her a lot. First impressions ARE everything! I think her name was Elizabeth. John came and gave us an estimate on our french doors and told me the options. He suggested a retractable screen. It seemed like a lot of money but WOW! Worth every penny! I love it! John had a helper, too but I didn’t catch his name. very nice kid, knowledgeable and hard working. I was driving past a gas station one day when I saw the truck at a gas station. Quickly, I dictated the phone number to Siri and proceeded to call and get more info. I was happy with the quote for four windows framed and screened and set the earliest appointment I could, about a week out. They showed up as scheduled and on time, I pointed out the windows and they, (Javier and Armondo), got right to work measuring and constructing the framed screens. In about 45 minutes, these guys were done. I inspected their work and was 100% satisfied.
I highly recommend these guys to anyone in need of any type of window/​door screen repairs and or fabrication. They were punctual, friendly, and most of all, cost and time efficient. Thank you guys!

Incredibly happy with this company’s customer service. After a time mishap and a review letting them know our disappointment both the owner and the customer service supervisor called me to make our situation right. They were extremely apologetic and sincere in their response and wanted me to know that they would take care of our issue Asap, which they did. Mistakes happen, we are all human and I understand that not everything is perfect all the time– this companies rush to fix their customers issues is a great reflection of their business and their customer service and we will recommend them to everyone in the Bay Area from here on out. Our screen looks great and they were able to get the job done in a timely manner.

These guys are AWSOME ! They came and did a large screen for me and was done in less than 45 mins. Then they did such a great job i called and asked them to do the screens for the rest of my home. On the second trip Jonathan came out and he did two large screens and took about an hour to make and install. Great customer service very understanding and honest. Plus for the price you cant go wrong.

These guys are great! Who knew you could build a custom window screen within minutes!
I called for an emergency installation of a window screen for my bedroom. Didn’t reach a live person the first time, but left a voicemail and they called me back the next day to schedule a date/​time they’d be available.
They did tell me they’d call me a couple hours ahead to confirm my time slot on the date of my installation… that never happened but it’s alright cause the guys were extremely professional, efficient and friendly. On top of that, they are competitively priced. I got a custom made screen for the same price as a screen you’d purchase online!
I also got them some more business from some of my neighbors (you can’t miss the big colorful truck they drive in). I highly recommend these guys for your screen needs.

These guys just put in our screens and i couldn’t be happier. I can finally open my windows and let the fresh air flow through my house without the bugs. They came to measure about 10 or so windows and 1 door and came back a few weeks later to install them all. No issues and just straight to the point.

What a great company! I requested an appointment for 8:00 this morning. Javier showed up at 8:05! I was quoted on the phone when I made the appointment. Javier was friendly and quick. Came in, measured what he needed, went back to his truck, made the screen and it was installed by 8:20 at the latest. Clean, efficient and quick.
I wish that every business was like this. Wish I needed more screens!
