These guys are freaking amazing! They moved my two bedroom apartment in two and a half hours! All the guys are so nice, they made moving way more fun than it has been in the past. Even though they were incredibly fast, they were extremely careful with all of my furniture so as not to damage anything. I would highly recommend them for your next move! I will definitely be calling them again next year at the end of my lease!

I did a local move from one apartment to the next with these guys and I’m highly satisfied with their service. I can honestly say they have exceeded all my expectations. They were extremly fast in loading and unloading stuff but not at all careless. They were friendly and professional. They seem to know what they were doing when handling things and carrying things safely. Looked like they’ve done this many times.

We found Tetris Moving through Unilocal reviews. There were 5 movers, and they were all polite and very professional. They were very fast but also very careful with my belongings. I had never used a moving service before and was very impressed with Tetris.

4^th of July Weekend Move…
July 3^rd 2015:
Everything went smooth from setting up appointment to the end result. Showed up on time, got to work quickly. Moved out of a 3 bedroom apartment with a long walk and down some stairs. Guys didn’t complain at all, in fact I treated them to an array of liquids and pizza which kept the steam going. It was really hot so it was a good idea to keep cold ones flowing. Overall great experience and I would definitely use them again, a pleasure to work with. Thanks again guys!

This is the second time we’ve used Tetris Moving. They are on-​time and efficient. The first move was from a condo on a second floor with narrow stairs, the second move was from a storage unit to a single family home — both times they nailed it, everything was moved carefully and quickly. Highly recommend.

I used Tetris movers this past weekend to help me move my 1 bedroom loft into a 2 bedroom townhouse.
I cannot speak more highly of these guys — I’ve used a bunch of moving services around the bay over the years, and although I am not planning on moving again for a long time — I will 100% keep going back to Tetis!
They have — hands down — the best prices anywhere. 130/​hr for 4 guys?! Thats the going rate for 2 guys at most companies! They showed up — each person introduced themselves, shook my hand — were nice to my dog (bonus points!) and immediately started moving my stuff.
Overall, it took about 3 hours (10 minute break after the 2hr mark) and they were fantastic about asking where I wanted things put — I swear, I was watching these guys pick up heavy boxes (like, seriously heavy!) and literally run up and down the stairs… :)
I couldn’t recommend them more — if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

A few of my friends have used Tetris Moving to help them move last minute. They were friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. They do a great job to everyone that I recommend them to. Tetris moving is a great head-​start to starting a new life in a new place! I highly recommend them and will have my friends and family use nothing other than Tetris Moving.

This review is for Joe, Mitchell, and Robert. They helped me and my boyfriend move from our 2 bedroom apartment in San Jose to a 2 bedroom duplex in Walnut Creek. They were all nice, easy going, and professional. They had a great sense of humor the whole time and they made our move easy and stress free. I highly recommend them and I hope to work with them again in the future when we move.

I HATE moving, but this was as good as it gets. Mitchell and his crew were professional, efficient, and careful when moving all my furniture. I have tons of expensive furniture (which is why I usually do it by myself), but they made sure everything was wrapped and loaded with complete care and caution.
I never saw any rush or sloppiness from these guys and I was extremely satisfied with the services they provided from top to bottom. Keep it going!

I used Tetris twice — once in 2013 and 2014 — and had excellent experiences both times.
In 2013, I was already home in LA before I moved out in San Jose. I had to move out of my apartment and put everything in a storage unit. I Unilocaled and googled a ton of places in the South Bay, but Tetris’ rates were best and they were cool with helping me out even though I was nearly 400 miles away. They just asked that I had a representative stay with them. Luckily I had a family friend who was up there. Tetris moved a full size bed, dresser, two desks, an entertainment center, a tv, a bookcase, and countless boxes to a storage unit a ways away in under two hours. I returned 2 months later to find everything perfectly in order.
A year later, I had to move back home to LA and decided to donate my bed frame, mattress, long dresser, desk, nightstand, and chair. Tetris came and moved everything, including breaking down the bed frame because it didn’t fit out the door, within 30 – 40 mins. They didn’t even need me to accompany them once Goodwill confirmed they would take the mattress.
Moving is such a stressful thing and Tetris has made it so easy and convenient for me. The guys that came were super friendly and had such a great, hardworking, I’m-here-to-help-you attitude. For example, Mitchell suggested I call ahead to Goodwill to make sure they would take the mattress and save me a trip, and he also recommended Savers because they’re known to be less picky about donations. They always addressed me by name and made sure which items I wanted moved and which ones I didn’t. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of in terms of payment or labor. I can’t recommend these guys enough!

I was in quite a jam. I needed to find a moving company on short notice (you have no idea how hard it is to do that) to move me out of my 1-​bedroom apartment, before my job shipped me out of town for a week. Most everyone I called was booked solid.
Enter Tetris Moving.
They were happy enough to move me out of my place at a very reasonable price, for four movers with a two-​hour minimum. No hidden fees, either. They showed up at my apartment complex ready to go (and 20 minutes early, no less). These guys work hard & fast. Before I knew it, we were loaded up and on the way to my storage unit. When it was all said and done, they finished with a few minutes to spare. No complaints whatsoever — no damage to my belongings at all, and they managed to get everything into a 10×10 storage space with some creative arranging (maybe why they’re called Tetris Moving).
Once I come back from traveling for work & I lock down a new place, I’m calling Tetris again to move me in.
