Franklin and his team just got finished with my apartment move from Pac Heights to South Beach. I can’t say enough how impressed I was with the quality and efficiency of the move. The truck more than enough to accommodate my furnishings and they made sure to protect everything and made note of some fragile items and boxes I had.
Not only that, I made a last minute booking with them and they were able to accommodate me the next day, even with the rain. Communication was also great and direct through the phone.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. You’re in good hands with these guys!

I HIGHLY recommend Franklin’s moving services. I moved from NOPA to the Mission. Franklin was able to do my last minute Memorial Day weekend move. He showed up with his team of three men right on time, conducted the move in the time period that was quoted, and was even able to accommodate an extra two hours, moving my boyfriend’s belongings as well.
I packed all of my boxes, and Franklin wrapped all of my furniture. Nothing was scratched or broken. Franklin said he could have helped pack/​unpack if I needed help. He has boxes he can provide. His truck is very clean and big.
Quote was $ 140 an hour, minimum 3 hours, with a gas fee.

Prompt, responsive, and considerate, both towards my furniture and also with regard to some administrative hurdles. On the phone Franklin was much better than the competition, and I think that was maintained throughout the move. Recommended. I’ll be using them again if/​when the need arises.

I’ve used Franklin and his crew twice already. I highly recommend them and plan to use them again. They moved my 6 person office in the middle of downtown San Francisco and also my three bedroom home from Monte Rio (north of Santa Rosa) to the Castro in SF.
The process with Franklin is simple, reliable and efficient. In our first phone call, Franklin asks a few key questions, we agree on the number of guys needed for the job, size of the truck, scheduling and a rate. From there on out it’s no surprises. He confirmed everything via text. Then He and his crew show up on time with the right amount of movers, right size truck, pack up, move out, unpack and we’re done!
I’m sure everyone who uses them will be happy with their services. ;-)

Thank you to Franklin and his partner for moving all my boxes down then upstairs. It was a long move due to a lot of walking and they did a great job and took time to set up my bed and move around the mattress/​futon mattress. I appreciated their time and the fact that even though it was rainy they were total professionals. The team even wrapped up my grandmas hope chest like it was a baby!

I used Franklins moving services to move from my 2 bedroom apartment with 2 flights of stairs to a house both within the city. It was a last minute job and I was stressed but the stress left the minute they arrived. Franklin and Eddie did a fantastic job, the worked calmly and effortlessly and the move went like a dream from start to finish. Extremely professional and very personal service, what ever I asked for was done again effortlessly. It was my first experience with professional movers and I was so lucky to pick them. Their prices are extremely competitive but their service is first class, they made moving an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend them and am so glad I know where to go whenever I may need to move again.

Hired them to move a couch and coffee table to my apartment in oakland, and the. Take another couch and coffee table to el sobrante. These guys were great. Moved the couches up and down 3 flights of tight and winding stairs, without a single complaint. Seriously, when we moved in, this was my nam. They were up beat and completely professional. They also wrapped all of our furniture in plastic wrap to make sure nothing got damaged. Would not hesitate to recommend them, or use them again if I were to move.

I originally found Franklin’s through Unpakt, but I liked them so much that I used them again a week later to move a couch. They were thorough and handled all of my items with care. Both times I used them they were on time and super fast. One of my pieces couldn’t fit into my new home, and they took it to the salvation army at no extra charge for me. Booking them was easy, they responded to my email right away.

Franklin’s Moving Service is amazing! They moved me into my one bedroom apartment today. I prepared myself for a stressful, emotional day, but it was just the opposite: effortless and so easy. They showed up right on time, wrapped and packed all my furniture and moved it into my new place. Franklin and Eddie were both calm and methodical about how they did everything. I even have one piece of furniture, a large bed with a custom made heavy base, and I was very worried about how they would be able to move this. They did it with no problem at all. Then they set up my furniture in my new place. They gave me a great price and were so pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Franklin’s Moving to anyone… such a positive experience.

Great on short notice. A little more attention to labels on boxes would have been appreciated. I ended up moving half the boxes to the correct rooms after taking the time to label them because the crew left them all in the living room. Also missed the fragile warning on some boxes and stacked heavy items on top of fragile items. Luckily nothing was broken. Other than that they were courtesy and moved quickly. Thanks

Franklin and his mover are everything I was looking for. Leading up to the move, Franklin was communicative and honest. Day of, he and his mover, Filippe, worked quickly and efficiently while still taking solid care of my belongings, shrink wrapping and padding as necessary. All of my belongings made the trip to my new place quickly and unharmed.
And above all, it was inexpensive compared to the big-​name movers, at least for a small (studio apt.) move like mine.

For example, they wrapped my mattress, couches, and all my things very nicely, which made me feel that they really cared for my things as if they were theirs. They also have a brand new car. Franklin and his workers just moved my things across town. They were super awesome and I’d highly recommend them. They really hustled to get everything out of my previous place and into my new one.
