Consistently slow service for those of us using it more than once or twice. Have ordered food items more than once and then waited for what seemed like forever while customers in line behind me received their items before me. When complaining, I get one of their freebie cards literally thrown at me without even an apology. Just this am, I ordered a coffee and warmed up croissant. I nearly finished my coffee while waiting on the roll. .. with three other people behind me getting their orders ahead of me. I finally gave up and walked away. About a half an hour later when I calmed down, I approached the counter to complain and their offer was to warm up the original croissant that was sitting on the counter for about 20 minutes — and warmed up after they saw me walk away!!! Will be going to another location nearby that has more than one person making drinks and fixing food when there is a line. Stay away from this place if you want something in under 20 minutes or so.

Convenient location in the mall, and they were really patient as I picked up a ton of gift cards. Workers here are super friendly and helpful!

It’s conveniently located in Oakridge Mall and at the food court across from the movie theater. The place is generally well kept but the place only has a couple of tables and is very narrow. Since it’s in the food court most people just find a place to sit at the tables in the court or walk around with their drink. Service is good.

This mall honestly just sucks, but I didn’t expect my trip to the Starbucks in the food court to be terrible as well. The cashier kept going back and forth from taking my order to talking to the barista. As if that wasn’t bad enough, he started being creepy with me. It just made me extremely uncomfortable to be honest.

I’m not one of those creepy Starbucks customers who are VERY picky and complicated about their orders. I noticed a lot of reviews here are from«those customers»(«I wanted a DOUBLE shot, no whip, and they gave me ONE shot with whip» or «I’ve been to every Starbucks ever and this one did NOT greet me properly»). Yes it gets busy(it’s in a mall), but you’re always greeted with great service and the coffee is always good. Relax people, it’s just tea and coffee…

They were helpful and the service was pretty quick. Other than that it is just like any other Starbucks.

I like this Starbucks! They’re pretty fast at making drinks even if it’s busy. I’d come here almost every time I’m on my lunch breaks that they actually remember my name and order & I like that! The staff are really friendly. I’d rather come here than the one at target.

This is the Starbucks INSIDE Oakridge Mall, not to be confused with the one in the parking lot of Oakridge Mall, the one inside the Target at Oakridge Mall, or the one kitty corner from the mall at Santa Teresa and Blossom Hill Rd. It’s a decent Starbucks. I stopped in here one morning because the one with the drive thru in the parking lot was being remodeled and this was the closest one. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no one in line at 8:45. No waiting! But I feel my white chocolate mocha was made a little too sweet. Left me with a funky after taste. Service was good. Location is good. Oh and the barista was having a conversation about all the drama in his life which may be why he wasn’t paying attention to my drink. Save the drama for your mama and make my drink lol

This SBux is located in the food court at Oakridge mall. Although there’s another Starbucks in the same parking lot with a drive-thru, this spot is very convenient for people who are already at the mall and don’t want to travel the few yards to get to the other one. #firstworldproblems They’re very friendly here, but we weren’t too fond of the drinks. My boyfriend got a venti passion iced tea lemonade with apple juice(it’s a very good drink, you should try it) and I got what I usually get, a venti iced double shot hazelnut macchiato… aka calorie monster. While we were waiting, we heard the barista boy whining. «Where is the apple juice? Wherrrrrrrrre issssssssss the apppppppple juiceeeeeeee? Why does this person want apple juice in his drink anyway?» My boyfriend and I just looked at each other and laughed. I whispered to him, «Cuz he does, that’s why!» and we went on to talking about something else. We waited a reasonable amount of time for the drinks. I was happy with mine until I took a sip. I was like, «this is a double shot?» It tasted like something a pansy would drink. I looked at it and saw that a double shot wasn’t even marked on the cup, so I guess the barista didn’t add it. Another thing, my boyfriend literally took about 8 sips of his drink and it was gone. Really? Like, I’ve never seen that being done before. Why did they fill the drink with so much damn ice? I was fed up at that point. I wasn’t having it and I wanted to ask them to remake our drinks, but my bf told me that I shouldn’t say anything because he didn’t want us to be «that customer». All in all, I would skip this place. If I was craving for SBux around this area, I would go to the one right next to Bank of America.
