I came in to the store and was in a rush to find a simple black dress for a dinner party that was in a couple hours. I asked an older Asian woman who looked like she worked there if she could point out where their black dresses were in the store; she brushed me off by looking off in the air, waving her hand around and told me to use my eyes to look around for black clothes. I was not amused and just quickly glanced at a stand close by then left.
The store used to be organized where items were easy to find– color matched or style matched. Now everything was all mixed up so I couldn’t just take a quick glance and find what I needed. Customer service used to be great but now you’re on your own trying to find specific items unless you’re ready to pay then the cashier is always standing there ready to ring you up.
There seems to also be a lot of panda items, odd since the store used to cater to 20 something women who were career oriented or clubbers and not teeny boppers. I felt like I had walked into a little girls store.

I was attracted immediately by the vintage design of the store. Whoever did the window display is definitely doing it right. The hanging records are such a cute idea!
I like how it’s very open and there’s a lot of space compared to crowded clothing stores like the oh-​so-​popular Forever 21, Cotton On, and H&M.
The clothes are moderately affordable and they always have something on sale in the back.
It’s a hit and miss for me. Sometimes you might find something good and other times meh.

I love this store! I just wishes there was an online site, the staff seems to be nice? When I go shopping I don’t get asked if I need any help which isnt a problem to me because I like shopping in peace

I saw this store when I was visiting here and I loved the clothes in this store but didn’t have time to shop when I was here and I’ll be honest I read the reviews and was really nervous about going in here because I hate bad customer service but when I went in an older lady was helping me and she was very kind and helped me out with no attitude! I do have to say though that the dressing rooms need to be swept because when I was changing I wore black yoga pants and I dropped them on the ground and when I picked them up there was so much dust on them my pants look disgustingly dirty.

I actually thought they had a pretty good selection of clothing and the employees seemed really nice

not once was i greet’d & the employees were rude AF!
i went the fitting room & the employee was rude!
she asked how many items i had i said 3.
with a rude response she asked again i said 3. she was very rude!!!
i always shop here but today was just a bad expirence.

This store is horribleeee! The customer service is awful, of the couple of times ive gone they have been awful experiences with dumb enployees who decide to ignore you. Sigh too many horrible experiences here to write about.

Customer service blows. Really unfriendly but the dresses are super cute and cheap.

The assistant manager had the nerve to make us wait to be rang up so she could ring up one of her off duty employees. How rude is that?! We were the only ones in the store, you make your employees wait to be rang up… not your customers! Get some better people running your store. Plus! For being a fashion retailer… your girls should look fashionable, not like they rolled out of bed. Unacceptable!

Ran across this store while strolling around Valley Fair. Typical lady’s boutique; inexpensive, trendy clothes but low quality and items strewn about the store with tight aisles to squeeze through.
PROS: Although some of the items looked as cheap as they were priced, like the boots, if you look hard enough, you can find some good gems. I found v-​neck shirts on the clearance rack 3 for $ 10! When I checked out, I saw a necklace/​earring combo for $ 9! I normally don’t wear necklaces, but they were really cute.
CONS: Like the other Unilocal reviews state, the customer service is consistently crappy for lack of a better word. When I was done in the dressing room, I had clothes to give back and 3 associates were standing around doing nothing, not even organizing the clothes, just talking to each other. They saw me standing there with clothes to give back and continued talking to each other, the one nearest me looked at me and looked back and continued talking. So I interrupted and gave her the clothes back. When I checked out, the cashier was like those kind of girls that think they look hot when they don’t smile so she never smiled the entire transaction. She spoke under her breath and I had to ask her to repeat herself twice and she was just standing there after she put my clothes in a bag and stared out into space not saying anything so I asked her if the receipt was in the bag and she said no, it’s printing. Would have been nice to let me know so I’m not standing there thinking she’s just ignoring me. Her attitude stood out like a sore thumb; I didn’t feel like she was directing it at me; I just think she overall has poor customer service.
The next day, I wore the shirt and the necklace and the shirt was so cute, I actually decided to go back to get more. I’m the type if I like an item, I’ll buy it in bulk in all colors in case the item of the store is ever gone in the future. So I went back and bought all the rest of v-​necks, but by this time, there was only 4 left in my size so I bought them all. As for the necklace, I got several compliments on it already so I’m pleased with my purchases there. This time, I had an asian cashier and she was a bit better, but not so much. Looking at the other Unilocal reviews, I see that customer service is a problem here. Time to retrain or hire a new staff because there are so many other competing stores like this that if they want to last and customer service is a common complaint, then it’s time to turn it around. They do put the cashier’s name on the receipt which is helpful… I don’t know if they have greeters, but both times I was there, I was never greeted.
If you’re looking for inexpensive, trendy but low quality clothes and you’re willing to take the time to look, you can actually get some good finds here! I’ll be back hoping I get lucky again. They never tell you the refund policy so just FYI, there’s no refunds, only store credit and some items like my clearance shirts and jewelry are final sale so make sure you like it!

I love this store. i always find cute stuff here. the quality of some things isnt up to par, but you can still find tons of cute items from jewelry to shoes and yoga pants to cocktail dresses.

I think I only encountered one or two helpful, friendly workers there. The rest acted like they didn’t want to be there or something.
Their clothes are cheaper than similar stores like F21 and Charlotte Russe. I think it’s a lot like Papaya with less clutter in the store.
I found a lot of affordable cute clothes from there! The quality isn’t excellent but for the price I think it’s pretty good.
Like many cheap clothing stores, there are no full refund on items, you get store credit, be sure to keep your receipt as proof of store credit!

I really enjoy shopping at this store. It is like a Forever 21, but cheaper!

I wrote a review earlier, but deleted it because I thought it was too harsh, and after receiving apologetic messages from the owner, I thought I would be fair, give it a clean slate, and come back, in hopes that my HORRIBLE experience was just a bad day. It was not.
Came back, ASSURED by the owner that the customer service had done a 180. IT HAD NOT. My previous experience was that of rude, unhelpful, and unfriendly «sales girls» who act like you are wasting their time by asking for a dressing room.
This time, since I was in a rush, and only needed a couple basic items for work, I skipped out on the dressing room nightmare, and got in line to purchase. There were two people in front of me, buying only a couple things, but it took forever, and when it was my turn, I politely handed over my items and again, was passive-​aggresively treated like I was wasting her time by giving the store business! They don’t even look you in the eye at this place!
Owner needs to learn what customer service is (hint: it consists of more than taking items from people, ringing them up, sighing heavily, and tearing off a receipt) and hire people that actually take pride in their work. I would be mortified if I knew that my employees treated customers the way they do!

I don’t remember if i was greeted when i walked into this store because all the sizzling noises of my brain cells frying as i inhaled in a huge cloud of what seemed to be a cleaning solution like pine sol clouded my vision; i nearly passed out. There were two girls in the store; no one bothered to help me, they were MUCH TOO MUCH TOO busy doing whatever on the clothing racks to help the one and only customer they had in the store. Even as i was about to leave, and i walked up to the register, i was ignored there too for a few minutes before one of the girls came up to me and asked me if i was ready. Yes, i was ready to get the F*** out of there, but not without a business card to rate this store on Unilocal… The girl said, they didnt have any business cards…
