Starbucks location in Target. The line gets pretty long when the mall is busy. It took us almost 15 minutes for our turn to order. I figured they don’t have enough people, but the employees did a good job. Long lines because of the mall. We ordered the white chocolate mocha and peppermint mocha for the holidays. The staff were friendly and our mochas turned out great!

Me: Half asleep, looking at the menu. .. deciding if I should drink coffee that late. Barista: «I close in 10 minutes. I don’t have all day». .. really?! I would have gotten the hint after«I close in 10 minutes». I should have stopped there, but instead, I ordered. I was on my way out of the mall and way too tired to go anywhere else. And honestly, it didn’t hit me until I got into my car that she said that. AND, to top it off, she didn’t even say thank you! Very poor customer service, I won’t be coming back if the same barista is there!

Pros: * rewards from accounts with phone app or gift card. * love the emails/messages on free drinks or BOGO’s — so you’re ahead of everyone else before the line is out the door for the remainder of the week * birthday drinks * seasonal updates * same drinks can be ordered at any Starbucks. If only I could be happy with every experience at a Starbuck’s I go to. Usually I go for the Starbuck’s in the food court — Target’s Starbuck’s was more convenient as it’s where I needed to be in purchasing household items. The line is moving slow, which is understandable as everyone is there at the mall on a holiday weekend. You’d think it’s the wait for the drinks and making the drinks that is causing the line… nope! it’s the barista’s. Complaining about how someone was scheduled to come in at 5, and that the schedule didn’t make sense. Funny thing that, you’d also think it’s a manager that’s they’re talking to. Nope again! So, as they’re talking, we’re all lining up and still waiting, and waiting– no orders are being made, nothing is being cleaned or worked on… just talking… and I’m one of the ten folks in line, waiting for anyone to turn around, just to even tell us ‘one moment’ or ‘be right with you’ … yeah. nothing. But thumbs up for the handwritten list of what item they ran out of so that we won’t be ordering something just to hear you say ‘we’re out, sorry’… – on a side note… I came in 2 days prior to the line waiting… to be turned away on a Friday at 6:45PM because it’s closed? So I asked what time they close the Starbucks… and it sure wasn’t 6:45PM I used to like this Starbucks, now I’m wondering if all the best barista’s left due to co-worker hostility towards one another.

You would think that going to a Starbucks at 8:00 pm it would be crowded. Not at this one. I went through the drive-thru ordering an extra hot, venti, skinny vanilla latte with decaf. When I got to the window to pay the barista said that my drink was as I wanted it. When I got home and took a drink. It was just plain milk with no coffee and no sugarfree vanilla. This is not the first time I have had a problem at this location. This is the worst Starbucks ever!

I would like to say that this Starbucks was different than all the others I have been to, but I would have to say it was about the same as all the others, which if you are working in operations field of the world is a great thing. I would be glad to say that that being consistence is a great thing. I am glads to say that each time I go to a different Starbucks, I am happy to know that I am going to continue to received the same drink each time. Just know I am looking for the one Starbucks that is different and ready to write my review for Unilocal letting others know how much you differed from the corporation. Oh yes, one more think it is 30(thirty) ounces and trenta is something I will not ask for.

I’m all indie! I only shop local, independently owned coffee shops! Ok. That’s a total lie. I really hate my addiction to Starbucks, but I always need a coffee to ease the pain of my usual Target bill. The girls are always horribly unfriendly and slow, but I can get past that. It gives me 10 minutes to do a last minute review of my shopping list. Not today, though. I got there around 7:30 pm. After awkwardly standing there watching the girls flirt with the Pizza Hut stand people for 7 minutes before even being greeted, someone finally noticed me. One of them begrudgingly walked over to me and acted like I was just the bane of her existence. Whatever. I ordered my usual iced white chocolate mocha and was met with a slow blink and a scoff. «I can make that hot.» «Um…it’s pretty hot outside. I want something iced to cool me down.» It was still 90 degrees. I was sweating. «I can’t make you anything iced. We don’t have ice.» *blank stare from the girl* «You don’t have ice? Like at all? You can’t even steal it from the guys flirting with you over at Pizza Hut?» «You can go to the food court if you really need your drink.» «Ok. If you’re not going to put up a sign telling people you don’t have ice, you could at least wait in your area to let people know. We’ve been waiting for 10 minutes.» *everyone behind me leaves muttering to themselves* Excuse me while I flip a table and smash stuff Hulk style. Ok. That’s more of a fantasy, but still. Can’t you at least apologize? I’ll take my chances with the Starbucks drive-thru on the other side of the mall. The lines suck, but at least they aren’t completely rude.

I love this place and the staff, you can come after shopping and just relax for a few minutes though this time I had a terrible time with the coffee. I love Starbucks for its vanilla latte and hot chocolate. This time I told myself that I should stop ordering the same stuff every time and I went for something new. I ordered the eggnog latte. the taste was terrible. I could not even drink a quarter of it. I wish they had way to try before people buy new things and ended up hating wasting money on bad taste latte.

I usually get my caffeine fix at the food court but I was in target and it struck noon. Today they were serving up those green tea drinks and they were FREEE.99. I couldnt resist. Got my order and was going to add to the tip jar and the barista said they dont accept tips there!!! BOOOOOO!!! Service was fairly quick and the girls were friendly.

This Starbucks is located in the front mall entrance in Target at Oakridge Mall. This is one of my least favorite Starbucks in the area. It’s small, service is unfriendly and they do not accept Starbuck’s discount card at this location(Booooo!) I will keep my business and stick to the Starbucks in the food court of this mall. The drinks are made decently and I have no complaints on the way the drinks are made. It would just be nice to have better service.
