Great experience at this location. Barista are always friendly.

This Starbucks is fairly new — I believe less than two years old if I’m not mistaken. I have to say this is one of the nicest and cleanest in my area. From experience, lines aren’t that crazy. This Starbucks is great to study at. Unlike other ones it’s quiet. Although, seating might be a little hard since there’s a bunch of people who decide to study there too. I forgot to mention that employees are friendly as well.

Very bad«policy» — they refuse to serve my order of 4 shot + 4 white mocha in venti cup fill with ice. I order this way at all 30+ states & many cities in USA without any refusal … This location ain’t getting my hard earned $$$ … Pretty weird to not feeling the loved at your neighborhood corner:(

For me it is always between: –grande vanilla soy latte –venti black iced tea. No water. No sweetener This location is one of the better ones. Typically fast although they do get busy frequently. The only main downside is the parking lot and the mess you encounter when leaving it.

Had yet another good experience at this Starbucks. The barista was cute and friendly, and very attentive. I ordered one of my usual: chai tea latte. Grande, nonfat. Found a seat. And then remembered that I needed a snack. I ordered the protein tray that comes with grapes, apples, egg, cheese, and bread that comes with peanut butter. The store, itself, is well lit and cool. I still believe that the temperature in the café is fine, given that I usually wear a jacket, or sweater, there. Trying to stay away from too much Starbucks, but this Starbucks is just so accessible, convenient, and the barista recognizes you, if you go there often enough, which is nice.

After living in urban areas and spending time in independent coffee shops, I never thought I would like a Starbucks this much: lots of indoor and outdoor seating, diverse and friendly patrons and staff, and a clover machine – love this place.

It’s been a good eight months since I started going to this new Starbucks. Normally a chain such as Starbucks can tend to lose its quality over time. Shockingly they continue to surprise me. They’re always on time with my mobile ordering, or if I decide to order in person, they’re all so pleasant being up at 6am taking my order. I commend the entire staff of Starbucks for doing a job well done, I am impressed as this is a rare occurrence.

I picked up my morning coffee by using the mobile ordering and pickup. My drink was ready when I arrived and I asked the barista for my drink. I tasted my drink before I left and it was good as expected. This place is between home and work so I can stop in to get something on the way to work. It this place had a drive thru then that would put it over the top.

This place is my favorite Starbucks location! Not only do they not overload on ice, which is one of my pet peeves, they offer excellent service. The baristas are very friendly, and they always greet their customers(with exceptions during coffee rush hours). The setting is usually an excellent place to study or have quiet group discussions, but it can get quite loud on holidays and weekends. I live in the Berryessa neighborhood, and this location is just a mile away, which means easy on the gas and time. The only minus I would give is the lack of outlets, which can get quite troublesome when you are having a cram session for four hours but all the outlets are taken up. Otherwise, this place is the absolute best location I have ever been.

I’m so happy that this location finally has good luck! This place has been so many different establishments and I don’t think Starbucks will close! I generally order 4 drinks, green tea latte with soy milk, caramel macchiato, passion tea lemonade, and their vanilla iced coffee. I’m just a plain person but that’s what I like! They were very accommodating to my specific order which is an iced grande green tea latte with soy milk, sweeten, less ice, shaken. It’s super good and it makes me happy! Good service and good drinks! Thanks guys!

Compared to other Starbucks… This one makes their drinks fine. Not burnt like some locations. Service is okay. Doesn’t match Brokaw’s however. Inside seating is great! Oh man is it homey and comfortable. I love it in there. It’s cozy as hell, man. I SAIDINSIDESEATINGISGREATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT. It’s like a huge square room, where there are tables and sofas to share, with spacious atmosphere and a fries not feel. Outside seating sucks. Who wants to sit by the dust and dirt of the main busy roads of unattractive San Jose traffic? By the sound of that crap? Right in the sun? Where everyone can see you? There’s nothing pleasing to look at.

This is my favorite Starbucks location! WHY? Because it’s 1.2 miles away from my house — super convenient for a lazy person like me. I was SUPER excited when this location opened — prior to this location, I had to go to the Starbucks in Target on McKee(which IMO, just makes me spend more money.) They have PLENTY of tables & chairs(inside, outside, AND in the back) and ~FREE~ wifi. What more could you ask for? I’ve never experienced any rude baristas here. Everyone here is super nice and I never had any issue with my drank. Con: –Parking lot is pretty small. but it ain’t stoppin’ me from coming here!

I started going here at the beginning of September and have been going here more frequently since then. I prefer to come to this location rather than the one on N. Capitol, which is next to Mi Pueblo. The place is pretty spacious and there are lots of tables for people who are looking for a place to study. I have yet to come and study here. The service is pretty good for all the times I’ve made a stop here. Sometimes it’s slow but that’s not something to complain about. I usually come in the morning around 8am to get some iced coffee or my usual(Half Iced Black Tea/Black coffee) before my classes. In my opinion I think my drinks are always so good. Parking is okay! Haven’t come across any issues with it but the lot is small. Not too sure if they plan to expand it since there is still construction going on. But all in all, I love this location and I find myself always coming back!

Manager is still the best one I’ve encountered in all the starbucks i’ve been to. He’s a lot more friendly and customer-focused than any other manager anywhere. He checks in with the customers and ensures that everything is going good. He works WITH his team and doesn’t seem to boss or order them around. Place is always clean and everyone’s always happy here.

As of this writing, this is the newest Starbucks to the North San Jose area. I don’t know that we need more Starbucks in the area, but the great thing about this one is that it’s the most spacious of the other two or three in proximity to this one, so it has become my default meeting spot, when I need to take coffee meetings. The other Starbucks get busy but don’t have the space to accommodate people who want to get work done or who want to sit and visit with someone. In contrast, this place does. Finally. As for drinks and food, this is a Starbucks, so it’s all fairly standard. But the space is nicer.

WiFi sweet WiFi. It gets busy, but I manage to always find a spot. Center table has outlets under the table. Small patio out front to watch the lightrail go by & hang w/the puppy. Or try small tables in front or in back/side. Super Coulson* staff plenty of parking Peach Black Tea with a Sugar Cookie…

This place is great! I like how open the inside is, and the patio always has shade. The AC inside is awesome since it’s been hot. The drinks are average Starbucks drinks, but the service is great! Jasmine is the nicest person I have ever met in the service industry. I will keep coming back just for her and her coworkers.

This Starbucks is huge! It’s probably one of the biggest ones I’ve ever been to. Anyway, as most of the reviews have mentioned the AC is blasted, but I actually appreciate that because 1) I stay cool since its super hot outside and 2) I get to order a hot drink even during the hot summer. If you prefer to be warm there is outdoor seating. My only complaint is that the room is echoey and it was hard to study because most conversations were carried throughout the room. Other than that, it’s your standard Starbucks.

Perhaps one of my fave locations. It’s new. They just opened about 2 weeks ago. It’s huge. Plenty of 2– person group seatings. One huge table, comfortable individual leather chairs, and plenty of outdoor seatings, one on the side and behind the store. Parking is plenty. Warning: it gets super cold inside. It’s perfect for those heat waves in coming months. With that said, bring a sweater. Customer service is great and so far the facility is very clean. I’m glad I live close to this location.
