This is my new fav boba spot in town! The owners are very nice & sweet. Their jasmine green milk tea is a little bitter for my taste. People like strong tea favor will def like this one. However, I love their coconut milk tea which has coconut bits in it! So good & refreshing!

I live right down the street from this boba shop and I will never go anywhere else. They’re cheaper by about $ 2 per drink than other boba shops around here and they give you a bigger cup! They have a large variety of teas, milk teas, smoothies, bubble teas, snows and a lot more. The two owners are very sweet and always super accommodating to anything you want or if they no longer have something in a drink. All and all, it’s a great place and I love all of their drinks and food! Everyone should definitely try it once. if not more.

Was so excited in trying this place since the reviews were saying this is the best place for Boba in the area. I ordered a jasmine green tea and it was horrible. I was already kinda sketch about it once it started taking to long to make and saw that she was using the microwave to make the drink. It just felt like I was drinking water from a water fountain. I ended up tossing the drink after a few sips.

Nice small shop. The drinks I’ve tried here are good, but my favorite is their Vietnamese ice coffee. And the Vietnamese waffles are really good. They have a lot of snacks and candy here too. The owners are awesome, very friendly and kind. They also have a TV inside.

I was so excited to try this place out. I found it out threw Unilocal of course! So my sister and I went there around 8pm and the place was pretty hidden. It’s in a small plaza cross from Piedmont middle school. I bet they get really busy after school.(That mean don’t come there around that time or else you’ll be with a bunch of little middle schooler). Anyways as we walking the décor is a little off! Very Asian! No offend but yes it very 1980s. I order the Jasmine milk tea and my sister order the strawberry lychee mango juice. The tea was to bitter for my taste buds. But other than that it an ok place for teens to come after school.

First off, this place is extremely hidden(not really but because it’s in a plaza where you wouldn’t think would have a mt joint) so it’s a bit far having to drive further down into Piedmont road. The drinks were aiiiiight. It wasn’t bad but it’s not something that I plan on coming back for. I ordered a strawberry+lychee+mango tea w/basil seeds and asked them for less sugar. Mannnnn, they did lessen the sugar because it was suuuper bitter BUT I didn’t mind because I did want a strong flavor of tea. I mean, taking a sip out of it at first tastes good then when you swallow it you’re left with a bittery taste in your mouth, which explains why I say that the drinks are aiiiiight. Overall, the place is decent enough to be in the area and grab. Other than that, it was a one time thing for me.

The owners are SUPERADORABLE. They were very considerate and kind when my friend and I went. My friend enjoyed the thai milk tea and thought it had a strong tea flavor. I, on the other hand, thought it was lacking that tea flavor but it was good nonetheless. The interior is very homey and great for kids and family. There are probably a lot of kids coming in and out of the place because kumon is right next door.

We are regulars here because we LOVE the milk tea. I only wish that there was more of a variety of milk tea flavors(though they have plenty of different types of tea). But, they give a large amount, for cheaper than other places. I always get the Jasmine Green Milk tea, and my husband gets the Thai tea. I’ve tried their Vietnamese chicken sandwich and found it very tasty — it also did seem like a huge sandwich and I only ate half of it in one setting. I find it very convenient that they sell all kinds of snacks(e.g single serving Pringles, Hot Pocket sandwiches, shaved ice), so if you’re ever craving something salty to go with your sweet tooth, this place has you covered. The owners are super nice and friendly, and always seem happy to see you. It’s like visiting an Aunt and Uncle when you come over. :)

I highly recommend this place. The husband and wife duo do not speak English that well but enough to get by, but are you coming for the foods and drinks or to pick on their English? Their place is nice and clean, their sandwiches(banh mi) are excellent. I’m a picky eater but I think their sandwiches are the best out there. Their drinks are big and prices are cheaper than most boba place out there.

It’s like a mom and pop boba place in your local neighborhood shop. It doesn’t boast of any artsy décor but more of a(super) laid back setting for customers looking for a place to chill. This place has TV for kids to watch cartoons and the owner allows them to choose which shows to watch(Regular show was on TV when we were there). I find it endearing to know that the owner is considerate of its customers and the kids have a «safe zone» to hang out while waiting for their drinks. As for their drinks, the hubs liked his purple yam with coconut smoothie and I enjoyed the peach lychee tea with rainbow jellies. The house special on the other hand tasted like Ovaltine with a hint of coffee… not impressed. The green waffle is huge for $ 1.99 each!

Great service, kind owners. Place reminds of the great food places in LA where the food’s quality and quantity is greater than it’s price. Although the food takes awhile to make, it’s worth the wait. Also, prices here are cheap for great portions.

Worst place to go for boba!!! Like I asked for strawberry green tea and they gave me strawberry mango lychee green tea… which was pretty bad tasting. My friend ordered Thai tea with rainbow jelly and they put random pieces of mango in it or carrots or some thing orange. Like they add things to ur drink without telling u and completely change up ur order to their own desires. I am never coming back here again!!!

This is a nice place to chill. There are some old board games inside to play with while you sip on your tea over some banh mi(vietnamese sandwiches). Also if you ask, you can probably bring in your bike too. I also noticed they change the music and tv based on the crowd – it can change from disney channel to music videos in a matter of seconds. This will probably not be the greatest study spot though since it is quite small and kids usually meander around since there is a Kumon a few doors down.

1 star for decorations but the boys here do not know how to do the math. My green tea was $ 3.25 and i paid with card(which i called in ahead of time and they said there was no charge for card) and when i got here there was a sign that said«purchases under $ 8 charged $ 0.50 extra with card.» So deceiving!!! And then after that the guy charged me $ 4.00. Is he still in basic math? Obviously $ 3.25 + $ 0.50 does NOTEQUAL $ 4.00 ! Please stay in school and not work if youre reading this dude. secondly, DONTEVERCOMEHERE !!! Its a waste of your money and the food isnt worth the price! After i got my green tea(i said no milk just tea) he gave me MATCHAGREENTEA. The menu said«9. Green Tea» it doesnt say matcha unless the owners dont know the difference. Lastly, the owners are so rude! I dont think they knew i understood vietnamese and they said«she shouldve said no milk!» Uhm lady, i did tell ur idiot of a worker i didnt want milk. Anyways, long story short he said they would fix it but 2mins later he came out with the same drink! If i could i wouldnt even give it a star! NEVERAGAIN!!!

When I looked at the Unilocal site for this store, I had high expectations considering a lot of people on here gave them high ratings and good reviews. Now, I just wonder if these people were biased friends or family of the owners. At the store, I ordered the avocado smoothie and when I first tried it, there were chunks of ice that I bit into. It overall tasted diluted, basically just sugar with ice. It definitely didn’t have the usual thick and smooth texture that I was used to. I was disappointed, but the least I could do was ask one of the employees to blend the smoothie for me again. They charged $ 4 for the drink and used a large cup trying to make me think that I was getting my money’s worth, but they obviously used more ice and less of the avocado. Sorry, but I dont’t think I’m coming back.

The service was nice, the atmosphere was pleasant, but my experience was not. My green waffle was scrambled(picture posted) and milk tea was mediocre.

Let me start with how sweet the lady is here. I walked in, she greeted me right away & asked how I am. When do you ever get this acknowledgment at a milk tea place? I ordered a jasmine milk tea and that tea with no pearls. The lady is so cute. She looked at me & said«it’s okay, I don’t charge extra for pearls!» I personally stopped getting my milk teas with any pearls now after reading articles about them. Ehh! I noticed they have green waffles here too! Yum! When I ordered my waffle, she asked if I would like coconut in it. Umm, yeah! Other places don’t offer that to me! Over all, my jasmine milk tea & waffle were okay. My milk tea tasted diluted. My waffle was really light in color & couldn’t tats too much pandan, but I like how it’s super crispy with coconut in it. I could say I’ve had better, but I wouldn’t mind coming back for the convenience, service & to support small businesses like this.
