A Bay Area Native, I have lived in Cupertino and in Almaden Valley, a San Jose community for over two decades with my husband, an IBM employee, our four-​legged family member, and our son.

During that time, I have worked in outside sales in the bay area pharmaceutical, retail and theatre industries; jobs that have increased my negotiating and interpersonal skills and proven invaluable in assisting my clients with their needs as well as given me a competitive advantage in the bay area real estate market.

The training and experience I have accumulated during my years of sales in real estate, pharmaceuticals and other industries, enables me to help today’s boomers as well as tomorrow’s seniors with their individual needs, such as capital gain tax exclusions, active adult living, universal design, and retirement communities, as well as assist First Time Home Buyers. Whether you are selling or buying, Lisa is your is one of the most professional real estate agents I know in Santa Clara County. She is incredibly knowledgeable and knows what it takes to close a transaction. She really protects your interest during all aspects of the transaction and keeps her clients well informed. She sold our Willow Glen home in record time and it was a smooth transaction. I would definitely call Lisa the next time we sell or buy again.

Lisa Wiseman was our real estate agent last year. She sold our home in October of 2013 which closed escrow the beginning of November. Lisa was professional every step of the way. She kept us informed and made us feel comfortable about all of the important decisions we had to make in the process of selling our home. She checked in on us regularly during each week the house was on the market. She would sit down with us to discuss how we were feeling about the process and also make suggestions to us from her expertise and knowledge in the real estate market condition. She was accommodating when we needed her assistance and always responded in a prompt manner. After a horrible experience with our first real estate agent we found Lisa. The differences between the two were night and day and from the start she was working hard to find my wife and I a home. She worked very hard for us and most importantly she listened to what my wife and I were saying about our needs and budget. Using her vast resources she was able to find us a property that wasn’t even listed and we got a tour of the place and were able to put a successful offer in once it went online. We found Lisa through an Intero advertisement online and then we looked her up on Unilocal to see if she had any reviews. There was only one at the time but we called her and were pleased to meet up with her a few days later.
Since we didn’t live in the San Jose area, she was most helpful in determining neighborhoods that would suit our young family. As first-​time homebuyers, we were intimidated by the process of home buying but she walked us through all the paperwork as the process moved along.
We had previously contacted a loan company to finance our needs but they were not meeting our expectations so Lisa put us in contact with another company that was sharp and very proactive in their details of the financial paperwork.
We highly recommend Lisa for your home purchase, whether first-​time or just upgrading. She is readily available and always willing to help in any way she can.
We don’t plan on moving again for many years to come but if we had to, we’d call Lisa up instantly.
