JTA Mobile CPR specializes in fun, engaging group CPR training done right at your business (B2B) or home ²⁴⁄₇ to your schedule. We exclusively come to your group’s location. No 8 hour «yawn» trainings… our courses average 2 – 3 hours, and give the option of Red Cross certification for people needing it like childcare and medical/​dental workers, or an in-​house certification card to save you money. Either way, we’re economical and you get easy to remember, easy to use CPR, AED, first aid, and Blood Borne Pathogen training for your workforce, family or community group. We’ve trained everyone from 911 Operators, to Costco’s to Hyatt Hotels and family nannies – 45,000 students in over 25 years.

We serve Greater San Jose/​Silicon Valley, Santa Cruz.

Our students have saved over 108 lives to date. You can believe they were grateful for this training. We tell our students: You know – who’s the only one NOT nervous in a CPR event? – the victim… yeah, it’s ok to be nervous, yet with our courses:90% of the class in hands-​on practice, you’ll be confident you know what you’re doing, or you don’t owe us a dime.

History

Established in 1991.

JTA Mobile CPR opened for business in 1991 in Los Angeles by Jenn Tyler, an EMT and recent UCLA graduate. In 1995, our company expanded to San Jose, in 2003 to the state of Hawaii and in 2010 to Houston and Austin, Texas. Today we serve the whole San Francisco Bay Area, Southern CA, Houston, Austin and all of Hawaii – all done at your location-​business to business.

Business Owner

Jenn Tyler founded the company back in 1991 after graduating UCLA. Over the course of several years she became the Chairperson of the American Heart Association’s CPR San Fernando Valley Training Network overseeing CPR programs of 27 LA hospitals and training centers. Jenn expanded the company to San Jose, Hawaii and now Texas. Jenn is an active trainer still with the company, truly enjoying the confidence instilled as the students truly get they can save lives.
