Got a fare quote on their website from Santa Clara to SJC. Booked online 2 days in advance and received confirmation email. When cab was late, called their dispatch. Was told they do not serve Santa Clara. No warning. No email. No call. Just no show. Ended up calling another cab company to get to the airport.
Further searched their website and all it says is San Jose and surrounding areas. Apparently being a couple of blocks from the San Jose city boundary is not considered a surrounding area.
Emailed them asking for an explanation and all I got back was a «Thank you for your email.» response. Replied to that and got no response.

Using the service second time and they were on time (Actually ahead of schedule). They have nice, clean and neat cars. Will definitely use them again.

Worst Cab company in the bay area !! I wonder why they called it classic? I had a bad experience today. I called the company for yellow cab and the lady did the marketing call sends Jay dumb ass driver who doesn’t speak English nicely.
All drivers are talking in Bluetooth even there is a customer. As my experience I would pay more to other cabs then recommending this company. The driver recommends to comment on Unilocal and google reviews so that people like it.
It’s bullshxxt TAXI FARE IS VERY HIGH then the regular cabs. One guy drives in wearing shirt and tie with covered cowboy hat.
Well, if you swipe your credit card with SQUARE these people charge 10% extra for just using it. I almost missed my flight with the stupid services they had to me. I don’t know why educated people like you don’t wanna write fact.

On time and reasonable rate! Cupertino to San Jose Airport $ 32.00 + tip. Ash was a nice young man, very pleasant and of course was happy to lift bag in and out and to the curb.
