My husband and I went to the showroom one Sunday to look at cabinets and found Charles very helpful. I went back almost a year later and Charles bidded out out my remodel project. He was very helpful with his knowledge of prices and we felt comfortable with his experience doing our remodel which was a complete electrical redo complete kitchen remodel changing a half bath into full bath, some windows and adding HVAC system new roof flooring etc. My willow glen home is gorgeous with very good quality work which we have for a terrific value. The project was also done in a very timely fashion. Christine in the showroom is awesome. Charles has even brought back a couple of workers to fix small problems without any hassle.

When we wanted to remodel our kitchen and bathrooms, I was recommended to Charles by a friend of mine who had his entire house remodeled by him and his crew. From day one, Charles was very professional and finished the project in time. Christine in the front office was very friendly and helped us in choosing the kitchen cabinets. We are very pleased with the service and highly recommend it.

We were looking for a hinge for our kitchen cabinet. We were greeted by a friendly dog and a helpful young lady. She provided us with knowledge about the hinge we were looking for. Unfortunately, they didn’t carry the hinge we needed, but recommended other stores.

Bad Experience.
1. When I went to the store in person the owner did not seem happy to see me but seemed annoyed I was there.
2. No prices on anything in the store — not worth going
3. Appointment was scheduled and no one showed up at my place
4. Another appointment was scheduled and the contractor showed up and said he would call me or email me with the quote but never did.
Complete waste of time and I believe I was discriminated against. I’m calling the Better Business Bureau.

I have had the most wonderful experience working with this company. Their service is exceptional and wonderful. I went through extensive remodeling on my kitchen, bathrooms, flooring and staircase. The remodeling process was very difficult but the friendly staff of this company made it very fun and easy. Also, I really enjoyed their excellent selections of kitchen cabinet, and the extraordinary show room.

After checking out other kitchen cabinet businesses, I was very pleased to find Expo Remodeling Club. Charles helped me with my kitchen cabinet plans and cabinet selection. We ran into spacing issue and he made some suggestions for the contractor who was helping with the remodel. The cabinets look and function like «custom made» cabinets. Charles also did the labor and installation for the granite counter and sink. I am very pleased with the product and service. Would would use this company and products in the future.

The store showroom seemed pretty promising, but the service ruined it all. I’ve been there multiple times, each time there were young girls behind the counter giving you an annoyed look like you were invading their space. Questions were answered in the shortest way possible. My wife already didn’t want to go there anymore. If you are just looking for materials and don’t need their contractor services, you are even less welcome. I asked about whether they could custom-​cut bullnoses into their natural stone tiles, something that most tile stores offer. They told me basically, that they can do it, but not for me, since I was not using them as a contractor.
