Apex Air

We had our AC serviced and fully checked out last year by another company and as luck would have it, our AC quit in the middle of the last heat wave. APEX air was recommended and when the tech arrived, he quickly traced the problem to a bad hard start capacitor. He replaced it and did a thorough check of the system. Very happy with the prompt courteous service and am happy to recommend Apex Air to others.

Our home warranty covers the furnace, water heater, A/​C, etc.
The first time Apex came out it was because the A/​C wasn’t working at all. The tech quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty fan motor. It took well over a week to order and install the replacement part, probably because the A/​C unit is old.
A few months later, there was second, unrelated problem with the A/​C. Again, Apex came out again, quickly diagnosed a simple electrical problem (one I should have discovered myself) and within five minutes of arriving we had cool air coming in the house again.
Based on Patick Fequeria’s prompt and professional service both times, I would recommend Apex Air if your A/​C isn’t working well. They will also perform preventative maintenance, which is what you want to keep your A/​C unit working at its best efficiency.

Had them come out to fix my A/​C. They found the leak in the compresser filter connection… Apex replaced filter and soldered in new fitting, pumped down and recharged the system. I now have cold air. He arrived on time and was neat and professional. I am a engineer by training and he did do everything right… Nice guy. Would use again

I was having issues with my heater so I called Apex Air. The technician Patrick arrived promptly and repaired it! I highly recommended them for professional service.

Apex Air came out to my house today on a Saturday to look at my heating system for my back apartment. They get points for coming out on a Saturday. And, they fixed it very quickly. The technician stayed and made sure everything came on and was working properly. I will definitely use them again.
