We got locked inside our apartment before a dinner reservation. Decided to go with what we thought was a local business. Quoted price seemed fair, but it was contracted out to someone from out of town who promptly got lost. Once they arrived and started work, they reassessed the situation and doubled the price. Then proceeded to brute force their way through, destroying tools, wrecking our door and freaking out our dog.
Generally a poor experience. Was not a prompt arrival, communication disconnect between the worker who arrived and central dispatch. We also felt taken advantage of. Do not use. Go with LockDoctor instead.

I have to tell you I was totally shocked by the cost of replacing the locks on my daughters front door after she lost her keys when she was held up at gun point. Over $ 700 I really felt that we were ripped off and would never recommend this company. They did turn up quickly but I really feel they took advantage of the situation.

Yaniv was incredibly helpful and quick on our time constraint. Last night was the first night in my new flat and of course somehow we get locked out of my room. Mind you this was at 12am and we tried calling so many locksmiths and tried picking the lock ourselves. We had no luck picking the lock ourselves and all these «24÷7» locksmiths either tried charging me $ 200 – 300 or didn’t pick up the phone or just hung up on me. This happened all night long. I called today at 7am and the guy on the phone picked up immediately and sent a locksmith on their way as soon as they could. Yaniv was coming from alameda and made it here in about 20 minutes and unlocked my door. I appreciate this company because they unlike most locksmith companies put care into my situation and made me feel confident that they weren’t trying to overcharge me. USE THIS COMPANY OVER ANY OTHER LOCKSMITH. THEY ARE THE BEST!!! I’d definitely use them again but let’s hope I don’t get locked out!

Came well prepared with his tools and was very knowledgeable in what he does. Definitely a trust worthy locksmith who is not trying to rob you with steep prices. I had the misfortune of locking myself out of my apartment in the middle of the night. Tried a few places that said they were open 24 hours, but no one was available until I reached Yaniv. He drove all the way from San Francisco to Livermore, and from when I first called to when he arrived took less than an hour. He was very friendly, professional, and most importantly he got my door opened in a matter of minutes. Considering the time he had to take to drive so far, and in the middle of the night, the price was very reasonable. Hopefully won’t need him to pick my lock again, but if I ever need new locks I will definitely be giving Yaniv a call.
