Professional. Arrived on time. Friendly. He changed the locking mechanism on our front door. It was a slightly complicated job and he took care of the challenges that presented themselves.
Nadav is the best and I highly recommend him!

This family man and owner of Pioneer Locksmith was the most respectful and courteous gentleman and security expert. I had my locks changed and he and his assistant took care of business! I wouldn’t recommend any other locksmith in Marin county or SF but Nadav and Pioneer Locksmith. Highly skilled, professionally dressed, courteous, friendly, serious about technicality and safety. I appreciate this as I wish to continue to have a safe and secure home. I felt like I had a security team of soldiers by my side!

Nadav’s great! I needed a new front door handle and deadbolt lock installed. He was fast, efficient, and reliable. He is also very friendly and made sure I was satisfied.

Nadav did a great job for us. I called him out to switch out a front door lock that had malfunctioned since it was installed (by another locksmith). He discouraged me from replacing it and instead took it apart and fixed it, thereby saving use a couple hundred bucks. Nadav was also exceedingly personable and respectful. Wish I could give him more stars.

Our front door lock broke this morning. Found Pioneer Locksmith on the internet and Nadav was out here in an hour. Took the whole thing apart, found the problem and it was fixed. He also keyed another door for us that we didn’t have a key for. Great service, very friendly, and extremely competent. Price very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

He may have been in a bad mood that day, but he should have lost it before he got to my door. Man, he was rude. He was ordering me about, never smiled and was abrupt. I don’t want everyone to be cheerful, but you don’t go ordering your customers about like he did. He did the job, charged too much and left. I gave him a check and he said he would give me a discount for cash. What is the difference? The banks don’t charge more for a check than they do for cash. Mean and overpriced. Meh… never again with guy. If you are going to charge so much at least smile when you are doing it. By the way that is not his photo on the website. He is not that old or that kindly.

The front door of my business broke and my usual locksmith couldn’t come out for almost a week. I called Pioneer and Nadav was out within an hour to look at it. The door now works great. Nadav is very nice and professional.

Nadav IS the BEST. Beyond being the best locksmith he is a nice and caring person. We had problems with unwelcome workers that had previous access to our house key. He squeezed us in and changed all of our locks quickly. No need to all anyone else. Call Nadav!

Really nice guy. He tried to walk me through fixing the problem over the phone because it seemed really easy at the time. When it did not work, I was able to set up an appointment. Nadav arrived right on time and fixed my lock and looked at another lock that did not work. He fixed that too.

Nadav was so responsive to my business need. He changed two complete locks in about 15 minutes and our problems were solved. I should have called a few years ago! Highly recommend. BTW, Nadav is about 40 years younger than the man in the photo!

Nadav was able to come out in quick 15 minutes to assist me with being able to get my cylinder fixed so that I was able to get in and out of the condo. Was able to get the part fixed and fully functional. Very pleased with the results and highly recommend his service to any and all that need a fix.

In a morning rush, I let a self-​closing door latch, and my two young kids and I were locked out of our house. I called Pioneer Locksmith and Nadav was extremely professional. He was at my house in less than 10 minutes, and really saved the day!

This is not a locksmith you can go to and get a key made. They are a mobile service so there is no office or store.
They also do not make copies of keys.

I called Nadav on Saturday morning because our front door key no longer worked. Luckily I was able to get into the house through another entrance. Nadav was busy but was able to stop by 4 hours later. He said he would arrive between 3 – 3:30pm and he did! He called when he was on his way and I appreciate that level of service. He was in and out within 30 minutes and was really kind and professional. I felt the pricing was very fair as well. Did not feel ripped off at all. I highly recommend Nadav and his company!

Yep. Pioneer delivered — quickly. Our deadbolt was no longer aligned, and Nadav was at our house within a few hours of calling — non-​emergency.
He was polite and worked quickly/​efficiently. The work was top notch, and I can’t think of using another locksmith in Marin for future needs.
