Have all tools to do just about everything and anything If I don’t own it. I will Buy it! Just to Get the Job Done! In the past working with companies, I realized coworkers are there to clock in hours and not so much that they enjoy or love what they are doing but just make a quick buck to pay their needs. This why I started «ThenHandyman Can». Ive been in this industry for over 15 years and its always been exiting and Im always motivated to start a new Task or job and see how its going to make a big difference in my customers life I also cant wait to hear how happy and thankful they are of what I’ve done for them good or bad, I want to hear and help make eveyones experiance a pleasurable one. These are the key point that makes me happy and motivates me, the overall outcome and finished Task or product.

my first time with handyman service. and jaime didn’t disappoint! we wanted to hang new curtains but we didn’t have a very tall step ladder. i messaged jaime through Unilocal that night and he responded immediately. he stopped by the morning after. he did the job neatly. for $ 60, we don’t have to buy expensive tools just to do one job. we will definitely call him again when we need things fixed or installed!

We contacted Jaime via Unilocal and were very impressed with the quick response and reasonable quote we got within hours. He came to our home the next week to install a new shower door and did a great job! He was very friendly and prompt, and took a lot of care in making sure everything was done right and looked great. We will definitely call him again and would recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable handyman who can do almost anything without charging an arm and a leg.

We called Jaime for a few jobs around the house: changing entry door, changing kitchen faucet, and fixing backyard screen door. He knows what he is doing and we are very satisfied with his work. I really appreciate that he explained to me what he needed to do to get the job done. I felt like I learned a thing or two from him as well. He also communicated well and made sure to inform me of any delay.

We called Jaime to do two jobs and he did wonderfully for both. We are so happy that we plan to ask him to do more. The first job was to install blinds we bought at Home Depot. Home Depot ordered the wrong style so Jaime ended having to make changes so that the blinds don’t purtrude out of the window frame. The blinds looked fantastically. He did not charge more for that change. Another job was to paint our newly installed door from another handyman we disliked. Jaime sanded the door to make sure the door surface looks great after the paint. He even fixed our walls and added wood strips so that our doors looked aesthetically much better than before. We are thinking to hire him for all of our future jobs. Highly recommended!

Thanks again, Unilocal saved the day. At 1:30 in the afternoon I was freaking out as one of my big windows was cracked. I was worried as the weather had been very windy and rainy and certainly didn’t need that coming in the apartment. I immediately searched on Unilocal,and Jaime came to the rescue.
Jaime was very helpful and professional. He gave me a quick cost estimate, told me what time he’d arrive, and gave me updates as he was gathering the necessary materials. I live in a building that is over 100 years old, and was worried the repairs would be complicated. He arrived on time started the repairs, was polite and diligent with the work. He cleaned as he worked and left the work area spotless. He also texted the next day to make sure the repairs has held up.
If you are in search of a hard working, honest, professional handyman, do yourself a favor and give him a call.

jaime is great! he came over this past monday, late afternoon, to hang up 8 of my fine art paintings on the walls in my studio apt… as well as a last-​minute request to look at and help fix my IKEA bedframe. for my paintings, he was very patient with me as i explained how i envisioned the positioning of each, and made sure i was completely happy with final placement. if i wanted a different position or height, he was very accommodating to ensure i was satisfied. i definitely will call on jaime again to help with anything else i need done around my place! thanks, jaime!

I recently purchased a house and Jaime has been great at getting my house in shape, by assisting me with odd jobs. My gutters and spouts were in horrible condition. He replaced those in time for the rain season; put up blinds/​curtains, installed an electrical outlet and installed security cameras. It’s a never ending project, but I know that I can depend on him to get any job done.
