RemusCo Group offers a wide variety of high quality property investment solutions including land development, new construction, custom homes, and other residential and commercial real estate projects. We offer secure short-​term and long-​term investment projects with either fixed income, or equity-​based income options. Our terms are highly flexible and are tailored to the needs and preferences of each particular investor. The expected ROI of a typical RemusCo project ranges between 10% and 50%, depending on the project size, type and terms of agreement, while some of our past endeavors have earned our clients over 300% ROI.

Construction

Remus Contractors, owned by the RemusCo Group, operates as a general contractor firm and offers a full range of high-​quality construction services including new construction, renovation/​remodeling, custom houses, and property management.

Foundation

In addition to our core business, RemusCo Group owns a charity fund that serves under-​resourced, low-​income and foster youths, pre-​K through high school, by sponsoring mentorship programs in athletics, performing arts, visual arts, various academic and extra-​curricular activities.
