ABM made is so very difficult to redeem a groupon coupon that I had to go back to groupon to get my money back. First they wouldn’t acknowledge to coupon, then they wouldn’t come to the address more than once — even though my partner and I had bought a total of 4 coupons. What am I supposed to do — move?, and after 3 weeks of back and forthing about this… I quit and just decided it wasn’t worth the trouble and groupon agreed to refund all monies spent. If this is the way they operate for a coupon redemption I would never think about actually hiring them to get me to the airport on time.

I agree that if I could rate ABM with NO stars, I would. Terrible customer service and follow-up.I called to make a reservation, and was told to e-​mail. No reply to my email until the morning of my trip to SFO. Another time I tried, and fifteen minutes before my pick-​up time they call and tell me they won’t make it to pick me up, and I should call a taxi. Never again!

Professional, on time, and flexible. We discovered them through an Amazonlocal deal but will use them again.

I scheduled transportation to my wedding with this company and no one showed up! I waited 20 minutes until I had to take a taxi.

I was one of those pain in the ass customers that not only waited till the last minute, used a groupon, and wanted good service.
I can’t believe how easy they were to work with. I was able to TEXT them from a large noisy fund raiser. They responded right away. They were HONEST about their availability, and then they were able to pull a last minute driver out of the blue and get us home ! The driver was nice, and the service was excellent !!

ABM Limousine is unreliable. I had a reservation with them based on a Groupon I had purchased. I called the day before my reservation (which was to go to the airport) just to confirm the date and time of pickup. They confirmed in writing they would pick me up at 5:00 a.m. and then did not show up. I waited about 10 minutes to give them the benefit of the doubt.
When I called them to ask where my car was, I was told that my driver had overslept and I would have to wait another 15 – 20 minutes at least before he arrived. As I had a flight to catch, I ended up calling a taxi cab (which I should have done in the first place). He apologized but did not offer to rectify the situation in any way. I had to wait for a taxi to show, and was forced to get to the airport at a hurried pace. I nearly missed my flight. I will NEVER use them and would recommend that you stay far away from this business. Extremely unreliable and very poor customer service. They never even reached out to me after this incident to apologize or try and see if they could do something to compensate me for the huge inconvenience their lack of service caused me.

I have been using ABM consistently for almost 6 months now. I found out about them via a Groupon or Amazon deal. I have used many car services in the past, but these guys definitely have the best communication and service in the SF Bay Area. I travel about 50% of the time so I am in and out of SFO and OAK at least 2 times a week, they are also great at picking up/​dropping off friends and family for you at SFO. I simply text or email them with the date and time I need a pick up with the location and flight info (if applicable) and in minutes I receive a confirmed text. They are always early to pick me up and very courteous with my bags and thoughtful with the radio selection (I prefer NPR). When my flight lands I always have a vm on my phone from the driver and a text letting me know they are waiting for me. I also like that they ask where I want to be picked up, generally I like to be picked up on the departure level so it makes the exit quick. Finally, I recently needed an option to do some Vodka tasting in Alameda and texted them at Noon on Sunday asking for a roundtrip, they picked me up in 30 minutes and we were at our location at 1pm. I really appreciate these guys and there service. I have my cc on file and never have to worry about cash or receipts as they email me my receipt immediately after. Also, since our trips are pre-​negotiated I never have to worry about increasing prices or hidden charges, these guys don’t play those silly games like other car services do. I highly recommend ABM to family members and friends and now, my Unilocal Fam.

Bought an Amazon Groupon and used them for a ride to SFO. Got a confirmation call the night before. The driver was exactly on time in a clean car. What more can you ask?! We would use them again.

We had a great experience with ABM and will definitely use them again. I purchased a groupon for transportation to the airport. I was nervous since we are not from SF and thought something would go wrong. I had no reason to worry. I called and spoke with Avad and he was super nice. I actually tried making the reservation for an earlier time since I wasn’t sure what the driving time would be and he had me adjust it because he said that we would just be sitting at the airport. He was right. We arrived with plenty of time.

We bought two of the Amazon deals earlier this month, for rides to our Halloween destination, and one for the ride home. Communicaiton was great, via phone and email. I requested their 8-​passenger van for both ways and they confirmed our reservation.
The only hang up was an email 3 days before our party that we may not be able to have the 8-​passenger on the way home. After a couple emails and phone calls letting them know i was upset about the situation, and its the only reason why we bought two vouchers, they called me the day before the party letting me know that they would be able to book the van for the ride home.
All in all, Jay (one of the owners) was great to work with… he showed up on time, the van looked and smelled brand new and he got us to Treasure Island safely. He communicated when it was time to pick us up and was right on time and waiting in the same spot.
I will defintley use Jay and his services again!

Worst communications ever! After making a reservation 3 weeks in advance via their web site, never received a confirmation. 3 subsequent phone calls, only 1 answered with «We’ll call you back in a couple days»…not a single call-​back.
There are plenty of responsive limo services in the SF bay area, don’t patronize these clowns!
They just did an Amazon Local deal, and maybe they were not prepared to deal with the responses, but there is still no excuse for not confirming reservations or returning calls from your customers!
Only bright side to the whole deal is that Amazon Local refunded our voucher purchase no questions asked.
Added: a few hours after I canceled with Amazon Local, I got a call from them like everything was just normal… ok, we booked your car, yadda, yadda, yadda/​Sorry guys, too little, too late. Amazon told me when I called they would send feedback to the business, guess it woke them up, eh?
