Our state-​of-​the-​art services can best be described as having a chauffeur plus personal assistant and super concierge, all in one package. They can legitimately be called «super concierges» because what they do goes far beyond normal concierge services, even those provided at the city’s premier hotels. Our drivers/​advisors don’t simply pass out brochures and offer general suggestions. At any time, day or night, our hand-​picked drivers and fleet of cars are there for you — to satisfy a vast range of both practical needs and desires for relaxation/​rejuvenation.

With efficiency and graciousness, we will take care of everything — from everyday transportation needs (e.g. picking up your groceries or taking your kids to and from school), to serving as your personal cultural consultant (e.g. advising you about the hottest entertainment choices on any given day) to providing all the logistical arrangements for a fabulous weekend getaway or even an extended holiday!

Our fleet of vehicles can be expanded to include any type of transportation you desire — whether it is a stretch limo, a trolley car, an SUV, or a party bus! The creation of My Shofer Dot Com unfolded from the desire to offer maximum transportation convenience, plus a host of special services, for the entire San Francisco Bay Area. Hired my shofer to drive me and my girls to Napa for a bridal shower of my friend. The service was amazing, our driver knew Napa very well and suggested multiple amazing wineries that we never even heard about. The car smelled good and was clean, our driver was super polite and accommodating. Five star service, five star company and reasonable prices! Will definitely do it again!

Wonderful car service with convenient on-​line booking, fantastic customer service and reliable, courteous and professional drivers. Air travel can sometimes be very stressful, but, thanks to MyShofer, getting to the airport is one less thing to worry about!

Great door to door service. Very prompt. I use it to/​from SFO. I’ve added trips in-​between the airport trip & they’re able to accommodate. I like that they arrive earlier than the scheduled time & text when they’ve arrived. The drivers are friendly & experienced. They offer bottled water to passengers and assist with baggage. Ease to book online or call. Convenient payment options to pay online or in person. Prices are very reasonable. I like how the prices are posted clearly on the website along w/​car options. No more airport shuttles or taxis for me.

I used this service to SFO on 4÷7÷15 and from SFO on 4÷16÷15. On my trip to SFO, the driver was right on time @ 7:00 a.m. He called to let me know he was on my street. He was very courteous, helpful, and friendly. He got me to the airport quickly and without incident. My trip from SFO was even better. I requested the driver meet me in the baggage claim area as I am visually impaired and would have had a hard time finding him. He easily found me and helped me with my bags out to the garage. He was extremely friendly and courteous and helpful. We talked all the way to my front door. He even carried my bag up the steps to the front door. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of either driver. (CRS syndriome!) They were both very professional and well suited for their job. A great service at a reasonable price. I will use them again!

On-​time. Reasonable price, especially if you don’t book the most expensive type of car. I’m removing one star because the people who answer the phone are not great. I always get the feeling that they’re not paying attention to the booking and I’m kinda surprised when the car actually shows up. Usually it’s the opposite. Right? All smiles and kisses on the phone call but the drivers are rude. Other way around here.

Always had impeccable service from MyShofer. Drivers were usually 5 minutes early, called when they arrived. Cars were clean and the rides were uneventful which is exactly what I need when I need to get to the airport. I like that I can pay including tip prior to the ride.
One star less because it’s difficult to edit/​view/​modify your reservation on the website, and you have to call.

I just booked again and looked at my history (it’s there if one has an account) and saw that we have booked dozens of times in the past 3 years. Mainly to and from SFO but a few to and from OAK, and a few within the City. Not one issue. Never late, never lost. It is possible that phone communication could be an issue if you have to speak with them at an odd time –it’s not like there’s someone waiting for your call– but so far even our last minute changes have worked out. Über is generally fine for spontaneous needs but there is something very relaxing about knowing well in advance that a driver (very likely one you’ve had before) will be outside your door slightly before the scheduled time.

When in need of a ride from SFO to downtown, MyShofer is a fantastic alternative to a typical cab. Moderately more expensive, one of the drivers will pick you up right at your gate (20 bucks extra if you want them to flash a sign with your name on it — pfffttt — a simple phone call will do) and escort your tired, cramped from crappy airplane seat bum into a luxury, super comfy Lincoln Town Car… complete with a little «tour guide» chatter along the way if you so please. A very nice beginning and end to your next trip to the City by the Bay! Or Napa! Yup… they’ll take you anywhere.
Great cars, drivers, and rates! Ask for Roman. Simply the best!

I used them again today, for my ride back to Oakland. I again got Bradley. He showed up early again, which is always great! He was friendly, and gave me the same great service I received on Monday. This place is great, and much better than the crazy cab drivers, I encountered 2 times a day going to work, and back. When coming back to SF for work, I will always use this service. I’ve been using My Shofer for nearly a year and a half now, and I’ve been remiss about writing my review.
I travel quite a bit for work (almost 30 trips last year) and I’ve got it down to a science. As in, leave my house at 1.5 hrs before the flight so that as soon as I get through security and arrive at the gate, my group is boarding. This means that my ride to the airport can NOT be late — enter My Shofer.
They are on time. Every. Single. Time. (Except once and they were on the ball about contacting me an hr before and letting me know they were running late. I was worried but the driver ended up being only 5 mins late.)
The drivers are professional and polite; the cars are clean; and I can’t find a cheaper price from SF to SFO. I use their services regularly and would totally recommend them!

Recently my husband and I needed to get to SFO airport at night and come back.
Since this service is highly evaluated by Unilocal,I used this service. The driver arrived 5 min ahead of time and texted me.
And when I had another service from the airport, as soon as the plane landed,
I got a text message.
Both drivers were really professional and nice.
Definitely will use this service again.

We took this service to and from SFO to the hotel.
The driver who picked us up from the airport showed up waaaay too early and was kind of impatiently texting me. One member of our party hadn’t even landed and he was there asking where we should meet him. He was texting us at least a half hour earlier than our reservations. So, a little annoying. And, then, he makes some kind of racist joke about Asian drivers on the way to the hotel. (he wasn’t asian, as far as I know, and we weren’t either). Kind of awkward? Not sure why that was necessary?
His driving was okay and the car was clean, just the comments were not cool.
On the ride back to the airport, the driver was super nice. His car smelled super nice! Got us to the airport in record time.
Would use again, just hope I don’t get the creepy guy.

Due to BART strike, we tried My Shofer for the first time and were very pleased. Online reservation process was easy and we appreciate that you get a quote before committing. More expensive than Bayporter or SuperShuttle, but it’s door-​to-​door and you don’t have to wait for other passengers. About the same price as a cab too (we took car from SFO to east bay).
Made reservation for 5p, even though our flight was scheduled to arrive at 4:30p. Flight actually landed early and we were happy to get a text from the driver at 4:30p saying he was already at the cell phone lot (we provided flight info when booking). Timothy was courteous and got us through traffic and home as fast as he could. He had memorized the entire route (no apparent use of GPS navigation). Oh, and he had mini bottles of water waiting for us in the car.

I use MyShofer fairly regularly for airport transport. The drivers have always been prompt, courteous and reliable in my experience. I love that their service enables you to handle booking, payment, tip, everything ahead of time.
However, I can’t give them a perfect rating (more like 4.5 stars) because their customer service is pretty spotty. I had a minor billing issue with them once and was never able to reach them over the phone. It was eventually resolved a few days later via email. In the event that something came up that required a quicker response (driver no-​show, etc), I’d worry about whether anyone would be available to handle it.

Even though MyShofer has made some mistakes in the past, they’ve really gone out of their way and done everything in their power to make things right. They’ve offered me a free ride, assigned a particular driver to me, and even send the driver early to make sure nothing goes wrong again.
I applaud their efforts. Everyone makes mistakes at times, but very few companies do this much to make sure their customers are happy.
