Macadamia offers a truly Californian cuisine with touches of the Hawaiian Islands which results in highly creative menus that capture the freshest seasonal ingredients sourced from local farmers engaging in sustainable and organic practices.
History
Established in 2008.
From my experience at Restaurant Gary Danko, I have adopted and transferred to my own business Chef Danko’s work ethics and execution of fine cuisine and service.
The motto which is carrying me to this day is «Love of Labor, not Labor of Love.»
Food is a personal and trusting experience. Fine dishes are not cooked in 15 minutes but are a thoughtful process that comes from inspiration, creativity, passion, time, dedication, a keen eye, and a good sense and use of surroundings and individual talents in the kitchen.
I strive to invent and deliver a fresh, flavorful, original, design and healthy cuisine, which expresses dedication to my heritage and craft.

Business Owner
The Executive Chef/Owner, Bronson Macomber, originally from Hawaii, earned his degree at Le Cordon Bleu Pasadena and built his unique culinary style and reputation at two prominent San Francisco restaurants, Gary Danko and Café Flore.
Chef Bronson also worked for Francis Ford Coppola providing full catering services on some of the director’s movie sets.
