The Art of Bbq

I had Art cater our construction jobsite bbq, the food and customer service was fantastic, he brought plenty of food — never had to worry about running out. Our construction team was able to go back for seconds… maybe even thirds.
We will use TAOB next time as well!

Amazingly good barbecue! Art cooked a full spread for my son’s graduation party– ribs, chicken, tri tip, hamburgers, hotdogs, mac&cheese, potato salad, corn on the cob with his homemade sauce and grilled veggies. Everything was so tasty! My guests ate seconds and thirds. And Art is such a nice guy– showed up right on time, set everything up and let me know how to serve everything. He over-​delivered on quantity AND quality. I cannot recommend him enough. I will definitely hire him again for my next party. Thanks Art!

Art had 9 deliveries that day as well as his own family grad party, but fit us in for alacarte trays of Ribs and Chicken. Amazing, and the hit of a great summer kickoff party. Thank you so much for the great food and service.

Hands down, great customer service and food! I had a guest list of 80 people and I ordered Tri-​tip, ribs, chicken, pun-​set and The Mac! Wow, the food was amazing and the Mac was way better than expected! Arts son came out and was cutting the tri-​Tip right there, the smell of the meat was such a tease. My guest ate it all up! BBQ chicken — supper moist and great flavor
Tri tip– juicy and delicious
Veggie burgers– I heard were great and flavorful
Portobellos– thick slices that taste marinated (one of my favorites)
Mac n cheese — so cheesy with bread crumbs on top
Pancit– very fun for all of us and seasoned well
He also threw in potato salad at no charge. I am not the biggest potato salad fan but this one changed that for me.

SCRUMPTIOUS! Art you know your craft! My sis just sent a review and I had to chime in!!! Art catered my bridal shower this past weekend! My guests are still raving about the food and said they had never had such great BBQ. I’ve gotten calls and texts abour how yummy the food was and the generous portions! Some are people that said they usually don’t like meat loooved your trip tip. Everything was delicious (chicken, ribs, tri tip, Mac and Cheese and the potato salad and beans) My goodness what a spread!!! I am def recommending you! Keep it up! Art catered a work event this past week and it was beyond phenomenal. I dont even like BBQ and I ate everything! The chicken was definitely my favorite and the Mac Salad was SUPERB! I would absolutely recommend Art’s services for any upcoming event you may have.

I used the Art of BBQ this weekend for my husbands 50^th party. We ordered the tri tip, chicken, ribs, mama’s mac and cheese, bacon potato salad, and beans. The good was AMAZING!!! We had it catered for 50 people and there was so much food people go to take some home. I definitely recommend them it so worth it and the BBQ was delicious. There were some die hard BBQ fans there and they loved it!

I used Art for the Earthquakes, home opener game for the Avaya’s tailgating party last year in 2015. It was the highlight of the day! The food, the service and value was absolutely TOP NOTCH! Art is such a pleasure to work with and he is passionate about his craft! All of our employees still rave about the food! Once again, Art and his team do not disappoint! Hired Art to do an afternoon employee BBQ a couple years ago for 200 at my prior employer and it was a major hit — even our resident BBQ Competitors gave him kudos for awesome BBQ. Then after a few attempts to get him to do a BBQ for 50 at my new employers (he was booked on our dates), we finally connected on Feb 18 and my new co-​workers couldn’t get enough. I work in construction, so we are talking active guys with big appetites and there was more than enough food to sate them. We chose TriTip, chicken, mac n cheese (my favorite and out of this world!), Bacon potato salad and rolls and butter. EVERYTHING was hot and tasty, on-​time and first rate! Can’t wait to have another event with The Art of BBQ — bring it on!

We wanted a change of pace for our company party this year and boy was this right on the money! Best decision I could have made. The crew was extremely pleased. There was so much food they couldn’t wait to take some to go. The meat was so darn delicious! The Mac and Cheese, the bomb! Corn on the cob, Oh My! Everything was just perfect! Art truly knows his stuff and is so accommodating and professional. We really appreciate what they did for us and will definitely be utilizing them for future functions. Thank you Art

Real good BBQ. Art showed right on time. The only thing I’d have wanted more was sauce because it was so good. The sauce is sweet not spicy. But I would think Art can accommodate if that’s what you want. All the meat were tender and had great flavor. All the guest loved it.

Art is a perfectionist and it shows in his BBQ. I only wish I could walk into his restaurant and order one of each. I’m sure that is right around the corner the way his food taste. Can’t wait to eat more TAOB.

My cousin had these guys cater her wedding. All I can say is wow!!! The food was fantastic and Art is super sweet! I wish I lived in Nor Cal so I could host events and have his food! The chicken and corn were two of the best things I have ever eaten.

My Husband and I had The Art of BBQ cater and cook at our wedding reception on August 1^st. BEST DECISION EVER! These guys not only bbq the best chicken and tri tip ever but they are SO friendly and make the event so much fun!!! We held our reception at Picchetti Winery and they set up the large BBQ pit right there. Let’s just say the air smelled heavenly. For the sides we had Caesar salad, Mac n cheese, baked beans and potato salad. I literally had people tell me ALL night it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding or big event. I also had probably 50 people tell me it was the best Mac n cheese they have ever tasted– cheers to Art’s wife on the Mac n cheese. We cannot wait to have The Art of BBQ cater another big event for us in the future!!!

The food is amazing! We hired them to cater a large company party and they were on time, professional, and friendly. Definitely a must try!

These guys catered our company picnic and their food was awesome. Seriously — every dish was spot on. My faves were the fabulous tri tip, the decadent mac n cheese, and the surprisingly flavorful grilled vegetables (especially the huge marinated mushrooms). The chicken too was exceptional (this is high praise from me — I typically stay away from catered BBQ chicken because in my opinion chicken isn’t usually worthy of a professional griller’s talents, time, attention and grill space). The ribs were also great. And the potato salad too. And the beans. All awesome, top to bottom. I didn’t try the salad. Or the garden burgers. Puh-​lease.

Art knows his BBQ and with that he tells it to the world by sharing his passion through his food.
They were the ones who catered the picnic we had in Willow Park and I can say I was stuffed with BBQ goodness. From their steaks, ribs and chicken, ART of BBQ never disappoints. The chicken was divinely cooked through and still tender in every bite. The steaks was ok and so was the ribs… but the thing that bowled me over was the beans and macaroni combo sides (surprisingly good!) and the chipotle and cheese covered corn on a cob. It’s amazee — ziiiing!!!
One great thing about this guy is that he goes around people and introduces himself and his passion. He tirelessly tells how his search for the great BBQ has pushed him to make his own blend and place his mark on the BBQ scene (business-​wise and competitively).
He was so nice that when I told him my daughter had a problem chewing food because of her orthodontic expanders he told us that he would cut the food into small pieces so my daughter could have some chicken aside from the beans and the macaroni salad. Kudos to you!!!
