Established in 1996.

This Small business arose from a dream to succeed, and to better serve the community. It has had its bad moments as well as it goods but all in all it is a very good company.

Unbelievable. They showed up 25 minutes late and then quoted me $ 445. FOUR HUNDRED AND FORTY FIVE DOLLARS. I was literally speechless. I asked her why her quote was triple everyone else and she said it was a «move out rate» and they would have to «clean the baseboards» and my 900 square foot house was «really big.» Now I have to find someone else and I’m running out of time. I chose these guys based on the Unilocal reviews, boo.

These guys did a decent job, but then they wanted to charge over $ 250 dollars for the next visit because it was 6 weeks away, instead of the $ 95 that they had quoted me when i set up the first cleaning.

This company is Great. Karla is a very nice lady and very helpful on the phone which really give you confidence in working with her.
The crew that came out were very friendly and thorough .
We needed to get a deep cleaning before parents arrived for a visit and was in desperate need of house cleaning.
I Unilocaled maid services and the first 3 that came up were either not available or didnt even pick up the phone.
Karla was able to accomidate me for the next day even though she was fully booked, still went ahead and made a plan .
The job landed out being better than expected and very reasonably priced.
Will be using their service in the future.

We’ve used other cleaning services and Karla’s is by far the best. Not only are they extremely friendly (to both people and dogs!), but they do an excellent and thorough job, use eco-​friendly products, ands bring all their own equipment. We’ve been very impressed so far… highly recommended.

I used Karla’s Maids to help me clean my apartment after subleasing it for a summer, and they did a great job! I called last minute and they were able to send over two cleaners right away, used their own supplies and were finished in a matter of hours. This was no small job, either, they did a very thorough and deep clean for a fair price. I’ll definitely be using them again!

Wonderful, fantastic. Karla’s Maids sent out 3 people who worked like proverbial beavers. Clean, clean, clean. I needed someone on short notice. Called around, Rosa, (thanks, Rosa!) at Karla’s was the only one who called back. I highly recommend them.

Ive been having Karla’s Maids come clean my home twice a month since may 2011. I do have to say they do an excellent job. They bring their own cleaning products all u have to provide is paper towels. The cost is very reasonable.

Karla’s Maids provides a very complete cleaning service with great customer relations. We currently have a contract with them to clean our two construction trailers in San Francisco and everything has gone smoothly. The necessary amenities are always replaced when needed and our offices are left very clean.

Do a great job cleaning and even make my bed and set things in order before leaving. Not the cheapest, but are very good at making sure things are clean and are environmentally conscious by using eco-​friendly cleaning products.
They do have some issues with being on time, but that’s more a product of parking in my area as opposed to their fault.

BEWARE! This company is very unprofessional and tricky. I was given an estimate of $ 180 for some paint retouching and patching of holes in the wall. On the day they were scheduled to come, they showed up three hours late! Without even apologizing, they went straight to telling me that their price only included patching one hole… somehow they hadn’t «seen» the other hole in the wall. You are better off with one of the handyman services on Unilocal with a lot of good reviews. Don’t get ripped off/​frustrated by contacting these people…
