Excellent service. We were very happy with David and would use them again.
David gave us the best price (I asked about 10 other companies for a quote) and stood by it.
He was flexible. We needed to load the furniture on a specific day and it was not a problem.
Both loading and unloading was quick and none of our furniture got damaged (everything was wrapped in blankets).

Excellent service. David really helped me out when I needed to move furniture on short notice. Highly recommended if you need to move around SF.

We had a huge job moving my folks out of the city including a house and storage units. We hired David and his crew for both jobs and they were fantastic. David was always very responsive whenever I had questions and would immediately text me back. The guys arrived on time and were great at packing the massive amount of stuff so it could fit into the trucks and storage units which was a concern for us. They did a great job and at a very fair price. I highly recommend this company!

David and his team are amazing! We actually hired them twice in the same week when we thought everything was out of our old apartment. Turns out our planning wasn’t very good but these guys were there to save the day. Hope we don’t have to move anytime soon but if we do, we will look no further than Got2Move!

We hired Got2Move for a recent local move in South San Francisco. David, Jimmy and Tom were great and we did not have any issues with the move. They were fast, careful, efficient and had no hidden costs. We would definitely recommend their business to our friends and hire them again in future !
The only suggestion we have is for the estimation part. We had majority packing done ourselves but it still took us 2 hrs more i.e. 6 hrs for the move with non stop work. I believe it would be better if the Got2Move team visits the location before hand to estimate the effort to get a realistic amount.

Great – showed up early, professional movers, helped me box things, carefully wrapped my fragile objects, and unloaded into my new place. Really quick and easy, would use again.

Great service. There are other moving companies in the Bay Area that also provide excellent service as well. However, what elevates Got2Move above the other companies is their dedication. They are dedicated to providing value. I never had any inkling that they were giving less than 100 percent. Most important, they’re also dedicated to getting the job done. There were some obstacles to my move that had to do with construction projects and street closures. But they were able to figure it out to my dismay. I should add that they are also very courteous and professional.

David and his team were amazing. They moved us in when it was pouring rain and handled everything perfectly. Nothing dropped or scratched. I would hire these guys again for sure. Also, I felt that the rate was fair, not ludicrous like some of these other moving places. Nice work.

These guys are great and the price is really good. David was very helpful and we arranged the whole move just a few days in advance.
I was moving recently and we did the whole move in 2.5 hours. I had a lot of stairs and I am glad they were able to do the whole move so quickly. I live on a pretty steep hill and it wasn’t a problem.
They use big boxes, where you can put lot of smaller things, they also have clothes hanger boxes so you don’t have to pack all your clothes if you have them on hangers, you can just hang it in the box.

I have used Got2Move twice now for moves in SF and both times they have done a great job. None of my items were broken or scratched. A few boxes had fragile items in them and none of the items were broken.
I lived on a steep hill and in a very busy area in SF and they were totally fine with getting in and out quickly without any issues.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for movers!

I had contacted a few other moving companies prior to this one, but David had the best price. Like others said there were no hidden costs. However, our king size furniture bed set was extremely heavy –more than anticipated. So another guy was needed for a little extra. –totally understandable… These guys busted their butts getting all that stuff down the stairs!
We had a stop to our new residence and also storage. David and his two guys packed all our furniture very snug and well protected. They really know how to utilize every bit of space in that truck too. Everything was wrapped in blankets and tape– so no scratches or scrapes to the furniture. They handled everything with care and moved stuff in and out efficiently like pros even with the stairs in both residences.
The quote process was simple too. Just make sure to have an accurate inventory of what is to be moved. No doubt, David and team will be called upon again if we move again!

David and his team are fantastic! Great service, professional, fast, efficient, with no hidden fees. They moved us from our 1 bedroom apartment into our new home, for the price as quoted. My husband and I would have probably spent days doing what David and his team did in three and a half hours, and we are so grateful for the care they took in protecting and moving our belongings.
The wardrobe boxes they provide make moving so easy since you can leave your hanging items in your closet; things in dressers can stay as well!
There was only one casualty in the move: one lamp lightbulb… that I broke. :)

Overall my experience with David was fantastic! I hired them to move me on a Monday. Well closing kept getting delayed on my new house and I had to re-​schedule the mover a few times. Through it all David was so accommodating and was totally understanding.
When the move day finally came they did a fantastic job! They were fast and efficient. I would highly recommend them!

I emailed around for a bunch of quotes for moving and these guys had the best price and ratings on Unilocal!They were very responsive to emails and gave me all the information I needed. They also had the best availability for us.
The day of was very easy, they showed up, loaded quickly, wrapped everything professionally (plastic wrap, blankets, etc provided). They even provide wardrobe boxes!
Our 1 br in town move cost less than $ 600 and they did a really great job!

I thought these guys were fantastic. I had two guys (Felipe and Tom) move me from Davis to Berkeley. I have moved 3 times in the past 2 years (hired movers every time) and these guys were by far the best. They took a kind of care with my stuff that I had not seen from any other movers. I was very impressed by how they were both efficient and careful. Not to mention in my previous moves there were always 3 guys moving me, and this time just Felipe and Tom were faster and more careful than my other movers.
David was easy to get in touch with, and quoted me a very fair price. We were in touch the day before the move so he could make sure they had the perfect size truck and the right amount of packing materials. The fact that he was so easy to get in touch with was fantastic.
Got2Move? made one of my least favorite things (moving) very easy and manageable. I will definitely recommend them to any of my friends looking for movers. Any time I move in the future Got2Move? will be the first people I call!

We called these folks in a panic after we found out our other movers were less than reputable THE DAY BEFORE OUR MOVE. Given that it was the end of the month, and we figured everyone in the world was moving that day, we didn’t have much hope we’d find anyone to move us from San Francisco to and island off of Seattle quickly, and the clock was ticking as our former landlords needed to show the apartment to other tenants.
We were wrong.
David and his crew were absolutely phenomenal during the move. The skill they showed while loading the truck was impressive — these guys are no doubt champions of Tetris. David was quite understanding of our predicament and expedited giving us a quote and answering all my (annoying) questions. Having just gotten taken advantage of by another company, I’m sure I asked him more questions than normal.
I suppose we won’t know the final moving score until we unpack the storage unit they loaded us in to up here in Washington until early 2015, but from what I saw of their skills I can say you’re in good hands.

David, his colleague, and a perfectly sized truck saved us during our move out of Half Moon Bay. We had a difficult situation– a house off a one lane dirt road with a narrow, windy driveway that could not accommodate a huge truck. My husband and I contacted movers– some said «Oh, it’s not worth it to come all the way to HMB» while others just had no way of getting down our street, let alone our driveway. Some of them also quoted us crazy prices because they knew we were in a bad position. We were under a real time crunch to move to Sacramento (why do tech companies give you zero time to move?!) so we really only had last Fri-​Mon to figure things out.
Needless to say we were feeling super stressed and could not have been happier when David told us his truck would fit into our crazy driveway and that he would be fine with doing a move between Half Moon Bay and Sacramento. He quoted us a flat rate that was quite reasonable did an excellent job of loading up our entire house & shed into his truck. David and his helper used furniture blankets and not one item was scratched or damaged in any way. They were pleasant to work with and moved us incredibly fast for the amount of stuff we own.
