My name is Dennis Sosa, I am the owner of Fast Response Plumbing & Rooter and I have been plumbing for over 18 years. Been working in and around the bay area for the majority of my plumbing career and love the area and love the people. I take pride in the reputation of our company and would like to leave every customer happy with thier current situation handled. We are all honest, hard working, and would love the chance to help you out with a little leaking faucet to the biggest plumbing problem the kids can create (i.e things down toilets, drains, any openings they can find). My dad’s home is in SF and his master bath faucet needed a leak fixed because the valve seats in his older Price Pfister single handle unit wore out. My attempts at removing the cap for the ball stop were unsuccessful, so I found Fast Response after a Unilocal search. Glad to have contacted this business because Dennis has a great staff that are very responsive. Left a voicemail late Saturday, got two return calls to discuss issue, and set up appointment for estimate and possible repair. Dennis himself showed up at my dad’s house and took care of the leak in less than 1 hour without having to do a major faucet replacement which is what I thought might have to happen. And the total cost of $ 125 is well below what I expected — thanks Dennis! You’ve earned repeat business from my dad.

This is the second time Dennis himself has come to the rescue to fix a plumbing emergency and the work is neat, accurate, precise… in a word, perfect. The prices are reasonable and he’s honest and SO HARDWORKING that I feel bad watching him crawl into little spaces, and deal with muck and grime like he does. He’s super knowledgeable and I don’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone wanting fast, good, honest work! I will be calling ONLY Fast Response from now on – his card is in my wallet :)

Fast Response responded to my message within 45 minutes and arrived at our house a few minutes later. The plumber used a snake to clear our clogged toilet. He was very efficient, neat and clean. The price was reasonable. I would call them again.

I called to get an estimate for my garbage disposal & I spoke with Nicole. She originally said she could only give me a ballpark estimate since, obviously they would have to see it before they could give an actual estimate which of course I understand. I went on to explain that the sink doesn’t drain & that I’ve had this issue before. She told me about the «reset» button that is either on the bottom of the disposal or towards the back. I knew there was a switch or something like that since I’ve had this happen before & had our maintenance dept did that, I just didn’t know what exactly I was looking for. I called her back to thank her & she said they always try to help people over the phone if they can. THANKS NICOLE. if I ever do need a plumber, you will be getting my business!

I found fast response from Unilocal reviews that help me lots of daily stresses. My bath tub got stuck and I cannot take shower, what a pain! Found fast response from Unilocal and contact them late at night on Saturday. They respond Sunday early morning at 7AM. Dennis is the guy coming to my house to fix the problem. Man, Dennis is efficient and prompt. He knows what he is doing and unclog my bath tub. The cost was very reasonable and affordable. I am very happy with the problem solved and highly recommend fast response to my friends, or even to my realtor. Yes, fast response does local San Francisco area and they are FAST and EFFICIENT. I like to give them more than 5 stars if allows. THANKS FAST RESPONSE!

Fast Response deserves a fast Unilocal response! I searched pluming on Unilocal and after making my way down the list with no luck, these guys answered and came out within an hour, had the pipes clear and fixed in a zip! We are a very busy Orthodontic/​Pediatric office so we have zero time to waste! I still can’t believe what a breeze this was I LOVE IT! Highly recommended!

Fast Response is literally fast response! Called and within an 1.5 hour, Dennis came. He saw the problem, used a snake for both drains, and all done! The reason why I am giving them 5 stars is because I called several plumbers in the area (all listed on Unilocal,btw)— one didn’t get back to me until I said it’s the 3x I called, one never got back to me, one came but gave an outrageous estimate (to change the whole pipes in our house!) and one had an open appointment in 5 days. Fast Response is in and out, no nonsense and local. Five Stars for plumbing service needs.

I called Fast Response due to a leak under my sink and they were here within an hour. Dennis determined the leak was caused by the faucet and told me if I bought one he would replace it for me. I bought the new faucet within an few hours and they came back out that day to replace it.

As you all know it’s difficult to find a good plumber.
Dennis with Fast Response plumbing is not only a true professional but knows his craft really well.
We had a valve in our shower that needed to be replaced (because of bad plumbing work that had been done years ago) and he took care of the job offering solutions along the way. The job was done as promised and we are extremely pleased with the end result.
I would recommend Fast Response to anyone who is looking for fast, quality work at a reasonable price

This is the worst plumbing company I have ever been in touch with. I usually use Ace Plumbing and Rooter but they could not accommodate my schedule requirements so I had to look for a different company. Unluckily I ended up calling Fast Response. Well these guys are anything but fast to respond, it took several hours to reply to my voicemails. When I finally could talk to them they offer an appointment for the following day. That day was last Wednesday and the experience was… well I can’t tell you because they never showed up so my experience never happened. I called twice to check with them but I got lies and phony stories trying to justifying their blunder.
Do not use this company. It’s a waste. They are dishonest as hell.

We called PG&E after smelling a subtle gas leak in our garage. They immediately turned off our gas and asked us to call a plumber. Well, we called Bell Plumbing who quoted us $ 1800 to replace a 3 inch piece of pipe in our gas line, plus air pressure test.
I called Fast Response after reading their positive reviews and they arrived within timely manner on the same day. Mario assessed the leak and had to come back the next day since he did not have the replacement pipe. The next morning, Mario came early in the morning and completed the job. It passed the pressure test and it only cost $ 250! He completed the install and tested it quickly. We called PG&E and they were able to reinstate our gas line after they pressure tested it.
Fast Response is 100% reliable, honest pricing, and has great integrity for their customers. Unlike Bell Plumbing who tried to take advantage of our emergency situation. Thank you Fast Response – Mario, who did a quick replacement within a short time frame. We’ll be calling you in the future for any emergency related issues.

It cost only $ 250 for the entire job, and it was completed quickly.
Unlike some plumbers, Fast Response didn’t take advantage of the fact that I desperately needed the repair, but instead just did their job. I know who I’ll be calling next time I need a plumber, that’s for sure!

Eric with Fast Plumbing just left. After trying to clear the clog in my kitchen sink for four days I finally called these guys and set up an appointment. They really were fast and efficient. Eric fixed the clog within 30 minutes and gave me tips on how to maintain the drain by using Simple Green. He was nice, knowledgeable and the price was fair. I am going to bookmark the company for future use although hopefully I won’t have to call them for a long time.

This is hands down the most exceptional plumbing service I have ever used in the Bay Area. Similar to the other positive reviews, the company easily lives up to their name. You will get a «fast response» if you call them. I left a request for service through their voicemail the night before, and then called again the following morning to schedule an appointment.
By late afternoon that day two technicians arrived at my home 10 minutes early. They were both very professional and polite. I had severe clogging in the pipe leading to my kitchen sink due to excessive garbage disposal use. This is not the first time this has happened. They completed the job in less then an hour at a very reasonable price.
What I also appreciate about the service is that they offer a free quote. There is no minimum evaluation cost, and they appear to accept all forms of payment, even American Express. I recommend this company without reservation. A well-​deserved five star rating!

Great, fast service! We had a backup flooding our apartment building’s garage on a Sunday morning, and Fast Response had Mario on site in less than an hour. Less than an hour, on a Sunday!
Mario was very professional and had the issue resolved quickly. Advice — don’t let anyone in your building put those ‘flushable’ sanitary wipes down your drain; in our case they had clogged the house trap under the sidewalk.
