Established in 2004.
David has been training clients for over 20 years in this high-intensity, low frequency, slow-motion exercise program. He was one of the first SuperSlow trained instructors in California. He’s written an eBook on his version of the protocol, The ZeroForce Method. He owns and runs DeSisto Strength Training at 150 Lombard Street. This location is his most private, quiet and beautiful facility he has run.
