History

Established in 2015.

After graduating with Honors in a Nutrition Consultant program, the founder decided to create a movement that would transform the health of his beloved community in the bay area through sounds science and safe, practical training methods appropriate for anyone.

I initially came to cherish the power of nutrition & safe exercise through my own struggles dealing with Lyme Disease as a child. Completely crippled, in constant pain, and unable to walk, I was fortunate enough to receive the proper care through western medicine and go on to lead an active childhood. However, the heavy doses of IV antibiotics left me with chronic digestive issues that I only realized as a young adult, were inhibiting my ability to gain muscle and assimilate protein. I spent the majority of my twenties with little to no energy to go out with friends, feeling sluggish, struggling to focus, depressed, and often battling chronic muscle and joint pain. However, by focusing on healing my digestive tract through proper nutrition, stress management and strength training, I’ve seen incredible improvements in my health and overall quality of life. Now in my thirties, I am stronger and healthier than I have ever been, and I am here to help others achieve optimal health.
