Ace Parking Management

Last week my car was hit in their garage about 10 minutes after I left. When I came back to pick up the car that evening, Matt, who then told me he was the manager, was very nice about it although he still charged me to park my car. He gave me papers to fill out and told me to bring them back ASAP so they could file. I brought them back the next day. After not hearing a thing for a week, I called back. He told me then, he needed the papers for their records but they were not filing anything and I had to go through my own insurance. I was livid. Not only were they not taking responsibility — «they weren’t driving either car» why should they, they would not file or pay my deductible. I told him I would come pick up my papers and to have them ready for me.
Guess what? Ace parking (not) couldn’t even get me two papers in the time in took me to walk over there. I waited at the front of their booth for Matt, now he is not a manager — (what do you think, was he demoted or had he lied?) and another employee, Steven told me to step outside the booth while waited. I told him I was and I’d stay right there in their doorway until I had my papers. Steven got all bent out of shape and began SCREAMING at me in my face. He was unable to get another customer’s car while I stood there but I refused to move until I got the papers. Steven continue to yell until the customer came to talk to me. I explained they should have had the papers waiting for me and I would not budge.
When Matt finally brought me the papers, they were only partially right. He gave me the report of someone else who had damage done to their car while in the same Ace parking (not). He got me the right report and I refused to give him the other one back. I will call this person to see if their situation was handled any better.
I am very angry I was given the impression they were filing, a week has gone by and they will not pay the deductible.
I was given the «owners’ work number — 415−699−4933 Stanley and will call and lodge my complaints. However, not trusting Ace parking (not), or Matt, I am not sure this is really a number of anyone in control. Owner at the moment but tomorrow demoted?

Really really rude staff. Accidentally turned into this parking garage, so I asked if I could use their space to turn around and they insulted me and said no, and that is have to back up on a main road. Just Terrible

I guess I wrote a review for the wrong garage they both have same address 415 Taylor. Lol
Well these guys here at ACE parking are the best. They are helpful and always professional. The best part is that they open 24 hours with valet

Terrible service. The employees were not clear on how the parking payment works and charged us incorrectly multiple times. They wouldn’t take responsibility for THEIR OWN mistake and I had to call my credit card company to fix things. Do not come here!

We paid in advance for a parking spot. Waited 15 minutes before an attendant even showed up. After 10 minutes of waiting and then knocking on the door and window and whistling to see if anyone was even there finally someone showed up. They said the place was full and wouldnt even let us explain that we paid in advance. Now we have to try to get our money back through our credit card company. Never going here and telling my friends to avoid this garage. Their slogan is to «earn a thank you» they should set a more reasonable goal to be around and accountable.

$ 4 per hour and over night 24 and for the day $ 30. Well San Fran parking is always expensive so no complain on that. This is valet parking like all other parking garage in San Fran. I personally don’t trust to people running the garage so I highly recommend you to take all your stuff with you to the hotel.
When I arrived on the weekend there are lots of spaces available.

The valet stole a pair of sunglasses.

Refused to help or take any responsibility for a flat tire that didn’t happen in our hands overnight. The little bratty employee was extremely rude and the manager refused any assistance also. We had to change the tire ourselves before an 8 hour drive home.
Go here and risk getting your car dented, scratched, and damaged. It wasn’t cheap either, $ 120 before tips for valet when it was right next door to our hotel.

This place is a rip off!!! We stayed in the Serrano Hotel for two nights and it cost us $ 110…we began to argue about the cost since we were staying at the hotel and didn’t feel we were given a fair price. Hotel special is $ 31.20 but for two nights plus parking tax I guess it comes out to more. He said if we kept staying and arguing about it that the computer will charge us more for every second we are spending at the parking lot. The cost to park was outrageous. Don’t park here.

Wonderful service and reasonable prices for parking in the city. I’d rather park here overnight than park in the streets and having my car towed. Ask for Stanley and he will take care of you!

Never driving my car here again!!! They scratched it and they’re not gonna do anything about it. So pissed off. It’s my brand new car too. Du ma.

I would NEVER park here! They dinged the rear bumper of my new car trying to get the car out of the parking spot – it was parked so close to other cars in front and next to it – they were arranged like sardines in a can! They denied doing the damage to my car, and I am out the auto body repair bill! I did not notice the damage until the next morning in the daylight, I called immediately, and they claimed the damage was already there. Plus they were supposed of comp the parking for eating at the next store restaurant which they didn’t as we went to the theater after and it exceeded 4 hours – so cost $ 30plus to park plus the hundreds to repair my car!

POOR SERVICE. Left a 2011 Camero in their parking garage for 3 hours tops to check out of hotel Monaco around the corner & have lunch. Came back & found that it was dented due to poor parking capabilities. The front passenger side, on top of the tire had appeared to hit the pole witch was covered with carpet. NOT COOL.

I’ve came to park my car here for a night since I was staying at The Hilton across the street and there was a very nice man that helped me, and I think his name was Brandon? He greeted me once I pulled up and had a nice conversation and usually I don’t really trust anyone driving my car but I watched him park my car and it made me feel like my car would be safe and sound! So if you happen to come here I recommend you ask for Brandon! And 39 night? Not bad!

Gayle and I had Dinner in The City last Sunday with her Sister, Brother-​In-​Law, and Nephew, who happened to be in Town. Including another Nephew (who was staying with us), round trip BART fare was almost $ 30. Hence, it was probably a little cheaper to drive in rather than take Public Transit.
This Ace Parking Lot was closest to our closest restaurant and at a validation flat rate of $ 8. That was a heck of deal compared to the posted rate of $ 5 an hour, with a $ 30 maximum. This is a attendant led parking lot and both the greet and release ends were acceptable.

the price is reasonable the manager name jay was really helpful and attendants were really friendly and humorous and excellent service 5stars
