Abbé is the complete opposite of the stereotypical realtor… she doesn’t pressure her clients, takes plenty of time to make sure her clients’ decisions are well thought-​out, and is very easy to get along with. She has a tremendous knowledge of the Bay Area real estate market. I purchased my first home about 12 years ago, and Abbé was my buying agent. (Since then, I sold that house and purchased a condo. She was my agent for both the sale and the purchase.)
I’ve referred many friends to Abbé and they’ve all been impressed and very happy!

Abbé is a great agent. She is not only a fantastic advicate she is extremely knowledge about the markets and about houses and structures generally. When she says that her number one priority is to get you into a house you love, she means it and she goes above and beyond to make that happen.

My first 5-​star review of Abbé was deleted, so I thought I’d try again to make this stick. Abbé helped my daughter buy her first place in SF. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the areas in SF and treated my daughter like her own. There wasn’t anything in the transaction that Abbé couldn’t smooth out and move forward. She was completely competent, never dropped a detail and offered realistic advice as she guided my daughter through the process. My husband and I are experienced real estate buyers and I have to say that Abbé was one of the best — if not THE best — real estate agent we’ve ever dealt with. I only wish I could buy another piece of SF real estate so that we could use her again. Top notch!

I had a great experience working with Abbé to buy my first home in SF. It was a pleasure going with her to open houses, and she was very informative about each place we saw. She asked a lot of good questions of the sellers, as well — questions I wouldn’t have thought to ask as a new home buyer. I got a lot of good information that way. :)
Once I’d found my place, she was very patient with me in explaining the intricacies of purchasing a home and all the different steps along the way. I never felt pressured to make any decisions and always knew my rights with regards to moving forward with the sale (or not). She’s a great realtor to have on your side, making sure her clients are happy and get what they want out of the experience.

I had the pleasure of working with Abbé when I was wanting to purchase a condo. She made the whole process, from start to finish, a relative breeze. She made it a priority to know what my needs were and what I was looking for. Her easy-​going manner and calm demeanor worked really well for me.
I never felt pushed or rushed. She’s very knowledgeable about the real estate industry and her background in construction was helpful in pointing out flaws or damage in the properties she showed me.
I have readily referred her to anyone I know who is looking for a home to buy or sell.
