History

Established in 2006.

With almost every family member involved in real estate in some capacity or another Claire always assumed she would end up a Realtor. But she had no idea how quickly. Right out of college Claire began working for one of San Francisco’s top producing real estate agents and has continually been in the business for the last 12 years, eventually finding her home at Zephyr Real Estate in 2006. Over the years she has worked in many different facets of the business, but finds her real passion is working directly with clients; to find the perfect home or to sell to move themselves into a better position.

Claire Chessen has over 10 years of experience in the San Francisco real estate market. A bay area native, Claire has experience living in many different neighborhoods throughout the city and in-​depth knowledge of San Francisco’s diverse culture.

Organized, driven and tenacious, Claire is highly personable, easily building long lasting relationships with her clients. She has tremendous experience in all facets of real estate, Claire knows the SF market inside and out.

Claire earned a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation representing her passion for continued education and staying on top of the ever changing real estate market. She is also a Certified Green Building Professional (CGBP). Claire graduated with a BS from the University of California, Davis.

She is an avid world traveler who spent almost two years exploring over 20 countries across Asia, Central and South America and the South Pacific, but always came home to San Francisco. And with her help, you can too.
