Bad experience with sales. They really didn’t care if I bought from them or not, and I was a cash customer. No follow up calls at all. Tried hard to sell from inventory. I bought my Lincoln from Tuttle-​Click in Irvine although it was much farther away. They ran circles around Witt in customer service in the Sales Dept. Witt has no completion in SD county. T-​C has plenty in Orange and LA. Counties. That may be why they tried so much harder.

The service rep couldn’t explain why a PCM software update was needed for such a small repair, but after further discussion with the dealership it was needed to fix any other issues that were discovered since the production of the vehicle.

I just had the best experience EVER… buying a car. The entire staff was professional, listened to my needs and provided any and all information that I asked for. There were NO HIDDEN cost, haggling or last minute surprises. I never felt any pressure to make a decision, etc. I can’t say enough good things about this place! I would recommend them to anyone and they are worth the drive. I drove 2 hours to buy my car from here… and it wasn’t based on the price. the price was really identical, it was the service and the experience! 1^st class and custom focused!

Witt Lincoln is solid.
I’ve been taking my non-​Lincoln cars there for the last eight years and not once have I walked away disappointed. The Service Department is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, competitively-​priced and most importantly, trustworthy. It’s a comforting feeling knowing I will not be taken advantage of.
The dealership is welcoming and open in both layout and personalities, and I’ve recommended Witt Lincoln to all of my friends, clients and anyone else who asks.

My wife and I purchased a new Lincoln MKC from Witt Lincoln this weekend. They did a great job of not using high pressure sales, or trying to sell something you don’t want. I would very happily recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle Great job guys — and we love the new car!

Very satisfied with our car from the collision department. Tony has great service skills and took good care of us.
His assistant is ok but lacks phone skills.

3 weeks ago I had a problem with an audio signal emitting from my Lincoln dashboard which sounded like some kind of alarm (with no light or indication)
I was ½ mile from Witt Lincoln and decided to go straight to the service center and find out what this problem was —
Luke, my service agent, came out and said he would take the car for a ride and see — and reported back that he needed to look into this further and he gave me a loaner.
Turns out the transmission had to be replaced and he would update me.
2 weeks later the car was ready for me — sparkling clean, and a few days later we were on our way to San Francisco.

I purchased a used car from Witt Lincoln dealing with sales rep Laila. She was very nice to work with. This is the third used car I ever bought. I usually purchase new and drive them forever. This time was different because my daughters Jetta was totaled and we found a suitable used low mileage Jetta at Witt. The overall experience was very good. The car only came with one key though and since VW keys are expensive to replace they offered to help with that.

I saw a 2010 MKZ on the Witt website. I filled out an online request for more info and was shortly provided more information on the vehicle by Sabrina. We set up an appointment for test drive the next day. Upon arrival Sabrina introduced me to Laila Shalizi who went through the vehicle with me and accompanied me on the test drive. The vehicle was very nice, at a great price and I purchased it at that time. While Laila and Kathy in finance worked to find me the best interest rate I was kept well fed with coffee and fresh baked cookies. All in all the entire transaction took around 2 hours. I have had the MKZ for 3 days so far and could not be more satisfied. Thanks again to Sabrina, Laila and Kathy.

We had been searching for a new car for over two weeks and had been to many dealerships in the city. This dealership was so wonderful and refreshing to go to. Everyone was relaxed and knowledgeable and we did not feel pressured at all. The atmosphere is pleasant and the salesman was extremely knowledgeable about the car. They are organized and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to buy a new car. We weren’t even planning on purchasing a car the day but we were so happy with the service and professionalism we brought our new MKX home with us.

Barry Alves (Lease Manager) is the epitome of professionalism, courtesy, customer service, and efficiency. From the moment I arrived I was greeted with a warm smile and offered a cappuccino. After a long and stressful day at work, a cappuccino and smile were exactly what I needed!
I was at the end of my lease and decided to call and speak to Barry before I turned in the vehicle. Due to the Barry’s ability make me comfortable and fulfill my needs I decided to lease another vehicle. I was interested in purchasing the vehicle, but did not have a pleasant experience with the third-​party lease maturity company that I spoke with. I am so glad that Barry took the time to speak with me and provide me with the best auto experience by far. My husband and I have purchased and leased many vehicles, but the experience with Barry and Mission Valley Witt Lincoln was stellar! We were there a total of 2 hours which is unheard of for purchasing or leasing a vehicle. I feel that we would have been there less time had my husband and I not spent so much time debating whether or not to add butler service and provide a larger down payment.
Cathy Koch helped us with the financing and paperwork. This is the second time that I work with Cathy on a lease. She was as sweet, kind, pleasant, professional, and courteous as I remember her 3 years ago. She was very patient with the fact that my husband and I kept changing our minds regarding the amount of miles we wanted. Both Cathy and Barry provide a personal touch to the way they do business. While waiting for our contract to print they both made us feel at home by speaking to us about their families. We had a great time and didn’t even realize 2 hours had passed. After this experience I truly feel that I will continue to lease with Lincoln. I look forward to the next transaction! Thank you Barry, Cathy, and the rest of the Witt Lincoln team!

Generally, purchasing a new car is a painful experience that no one looks forward to. This is 100% NOT the case at Witt Lincoln in Mission Valley. My fiancé was interested in looking at a new or pre-​owned Lincoln. We checked out Witt’s website and looked at their inventory and decided it was worth the trip (we live in Carmel Valley).
The website was great. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the «click to chat» feature was working well and I was able to get some information about some of the MK models and scheduling an appointment.
We arrived at the dealership and were immediately connected to Bob Garbo who is one of the Witt sales associates’. Bob showed us where all of the MKZ’s were parked. We loved the fact that the new and pre-​owned MKZ’s were all in one area so we could quickly browse and determine whether there was anything that caught our eye. My fiancé saw a 2016 MKZ that she really liked. Witt has a «no haggle» type process in place where the price listed on the car is the price you pay which was terrific. I know some folks appreciate the «wheeling and dealing» aspect of buying a car but we really appreciated knowing the exact price of every car on the lot.
Within 20 minutes we has test drove the MKZ and absolutely loved it. We weren’t sure whether we could get a better deal leasing the car versus buying it. Bob was extremely patient and reviewed all of our options with us. Based on the number of miles my fiancé drives, we decided a purchase made the best sense for us. Bob was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at and really put no pressure on us at any time during the engagement.
Our finance guy was Patrick Witt who is the son of Ed who owns the dealership. He was also very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. He made recommendations on things he thought would make sense to us based my fiancé’s driving habits and needs. The whole finance process took less than 30 minutes for us to sign everything.
Lastly, Bob our sales associate waited for us to complete the finance process and then spent another 40 minutes showing my fiancé all of the many cool features of her new car… which is like a space ship with all of the cool bells and whistles. The entire purchase experience was completely stress free and we really felt like we got a great deal when we drove off the lot.
Anyone in the market for a new vehicle should give Witt Lincoln a shot. You will not be disappointed.

We had a great experience! Normally, I do not enjoy the new car buying experience. This is mostly because previous experiences have involved pushy sales people that make me feel pressured and uncomfortable. The experience at Witt was the opposite. It was relaxed and low pressure. We were given space and time to make a decision. The service at all times was professional and courteous. I can’t say enough! We love our new car and are grateful to the staff, from the owner on down, for a wonderful leasing experience!

This review is long overdue, as I have been taking my Ford Explorer to Witt Lincoln for service the last 4 years. Luke has been my primary point of contact (although everyone in the service dept. has been pleasant to deal with when Luke has been unavailable). Luke has always been candid about what needs to be done and accommodating when it comes to scheduling service. It’s always refreshing to have a reliable contact when it comes to your car and I feel confident Luke will shoot me straight. I will continue taking my car to Witt Lincoln.

My overall experience with Witt was a very good one.
1) The used car I was interested in, and ultimately ended up buying, had some problems when I took it to my own mechanic for a pre-​purchase inspection. Witt really should have caught the things my mechanic caught before trying to sell the car. That’s on whoever does their inspections. But Witt was professional about it, had everything fixed, and even lowered the price of the car a bit for the inconvenience. I think they realized it looked bad and they were doing their best to make it right, which is appreciated.
2) Whoever details the used cars Witt sells didn’t do a very thorough job. I point out where the back arm rest clearly still had food or something encrusted on it. I was promised twice that it would get re-​detailed, but it never did. I think it was a simple oversight, no real harm done. Again though, they redeemed themselves when the salesman cleaned the armrest himself just before I drove off with the car in order to make things right, and I do appreciate that gesture.
3) I can only assume that when they bought the car it had a front license plate since it’s California law that vehicles must have back and front plates. It seems as though when they replaced the front plate with their dealership placard, as is customary, they didn’t keep the front plate to give to whoever bought the car, which means I now have to pay to have both plates replaced because the DMV doesn’t sell singles of existing plate numbers. That’s an inconvenience to the customer that I feel they should bear in mind.
Again I want to stress that my experience at Witt was very good. If I have any suggestions for them it would simply me to make sure they’re checking all the boxes when it comes to preventing things like these from happening in the future.

I purchased a 2015 MKC from Kevin Delmour. I have to say it was the most pleasurable car buying experience that I have ever had. Kevin was great! He was very knowledgeable about the car and I liked his sales style and technique. Being in sales myself, I prefer a low pressure environment and Kevin provided that. Everyone from the finance department to the sales department was wonderful. I will recommend Witt Lincoln to all my friends and family.

Let me say, it’s me… I was a 10 year Mini owner and loved everything about the Mini lounge & Mini service department and my Mini. It was fast, hip and on top of every single detail. Now I know, I’m at a different dealership, with a different demographic, so I need to adjust expectations accordingly. I’m probably not the target age for Lincoln, I get that too. So allll that said. Here’s my story.
In the past with Mini I had been alerted my car needed service, I wasn’t sure when my Lincoln needed service? I finally emailed the lovely gentleman Bob who sold me the car who suggested calling the service department (dough, I should have thought of that). Anyway I called the service number, it took a while on the phone to speak to someone and set up service. But, I did it. Then I needed to change it so I had to go through the dial tree again. Whatever no big deal. I rescheduled and was fine. With Mini I did most of it online, like I said Lincoln probably has something like that I just need to figure it out!
When I brought it in, my appointment was at 2:15 I had to go back to work, so I asked if I could just drop it off at noon. The lot guy was concerned and said he didn’t know if I could leave it prior to the service time, that’s where I got annoyed, I couldn’t understand why I couldn’t just leave my car for them to take a couple hours early, I wasn’t expecting them to work on it till the scheduled time, I just needed to drop it! But fine, he had me go into the service center to ask them.
When I walked in I felt like I was a burden to the service staff. They were all busy on the phone and computer. I felt SUPER awkward and didn’t know where to stand, so I stood outside and just waited, staring at my phone passing time. It was just awkward. They called me in wrote up the paperwork and we were cooking with gas.
I think I just threw things off by coming in early? I don’t know… Once I got done with work and ride back to the dealership everything was fine. I got my paperwork, my plan for what needed to be fixed in my six month old Lincoln and I was on my merry way.
Like I said, it’s me, not them. It’s going to take me some time to get used to a new place, with new processes and new ways of doing business. It’s all good. I love my Lincoln! I’ll figure out the key to the service plan one day!

My salesmen Vivien was fantastic! I made an appointment to check out the car and he had two vehicles parked right out front before I arrived so I could compare the two packages the car came in. His product knowledge was great and he really took time to show me all the bells and whistles the car had to offer.

Libia got me in last minute for an oil change on my 2013 Ford F-​150 when no one else could fit me in, got my truck back clean and fresh oil and a clean truck. Thank you Witt Lincoln and Libia!

Let me start off by saying that I don’t really know much about cars. So for someone like me, my main concern when going to an auto body shop is that I am going to be taken advantage of and cheated into paying exorbitant prices for something I don’t need.
I first came to Witt Lincoln about 2 years ago when I needed to change my breaks. In comparison with other body shops I called, Witt lincoln’s price was by far the most reasonable. So I made an appointment, dropped off my car, and was able to pick it up that same day.
Since then, I have gone to them for all maintenance work including tire changes, oil changes, and tune ups. Every time I go, their prices are reasonable and I don’t get pressured into dropping tons of money for «extra problems» that they’ve discovered with my car. In addition, they do not sacrifice quality and service. Would definitely recommend!
