History

Established in 1987.

We are a local group of professionals with many backgrounds and histories including electrical and solar efficiency installations.

Our Installers have been doing solar for years, no sub-​contractors here. They are all direct employees of Total Solar Solutions. We have the perfect team standing by ready to do your install, and have you generating your own power quickly and painlessly.

Meet the Manager

Jim S.

Manager

Jim began his career in the building industry about 30 years ago. He has been in the solar industry going on eight years now. That is pretty well «seasoned» in the business.

Jim has mainly served in the sales end of the company where he oversees all of the quoting and scheduling of the installations. We are lucky to have him aboard, he brings with him a vast amount of knowledge, experience, and credibility to the company.

A couple of things that Jim recommends when considering solar.

1. Buy Don’t Lease. With a lease, you hand over Thousands of Dollars of Rebate Money. With a lease, you get a Single Inverter or (string system) which will have to be Replaced every 5 – 6 years along with Sub-​Par Chinese panels. A 20 yr commitment where you Never Own. If you ever decide to Sell a house with a leased system Good Luck.

2. With a purchase, you own the system in as little as 5 – 7 yrs. After that your electricity is free. Leases or PPA (another name for lease) you end up paying 3 times as much
