I can’t praise Jerry Velasco and All-​Tech enough! He is the consummate professional. He is a perfectionist and will not stop until everything is done right. He practically knows how to do anything and will make great suggestions for your issues! With El Nino coming, he will certainly be busy. I suggest you schedule as early as possible! He did a complete re-​roof on my house and I could not be happier!

I have a 24 year old clay tile roof and the skylights began to leak. Just had the first major rainstorm since the repair work and I can say Jerry delivered! He is very knowledgeable and courteous, but very busy. It may take awhile to get the work done due to his schedule, but it is well worth the wait. His prices are fair and quality of work is awesome. I definitely recommend him and will do business with All-​Tech again.

I purchased a Natural Light solar gable fan from Jerry and had him install it. On the day set for installation, he was running a little late. He had the courtesy of calling 15 — 30 minutes prior to the time scheduled to let me know of the delay. This was greatly appreciated. He arrived a little earlier than he had guessed and went right to work. He had booties for his shoes so he wouldn’t track dirt onto the carpet and had a drop cloth for the attic access ladder area. He was very neat and efficient. Before installing the solar panel, he did an examination of my roof and noted some tiles that had slipped from the top and a couple cracked tiles. He took photos to show me. Apparently, the roofer I had paid to fix the slippage a couple years earlier put some nails in and then shoved the tiles up and they gradually slipped down again — shoddy work. Jerry drilled holes in the tile and nailed them in properly. I had purchased radiant barrier insulation for my attic and had him install that too. He did all the work very professionally, neatly and at a reasonable cost. I had an estimate of over $ 11,000 for this work by another company. He was no where near that cost and the quality of his product and work was much higher. For the over 1900 sq ft of insulation that he installed on the rafters, there was very, very little waste. He takes great pride in his workmanship as he should. This is the man to go to for your roofing, radiant insulation, solar/​electric attic fans and skylights. You get a honest day’s work for a honest day’s pay.

We called Jerry to come by and look at a tilting rain gutter that he put in last spring when he put on a new roof for us. He swung by, fixed it and diplomatically reminded us to clean the gutters. (Oh, yeah.) This man does great work and really stands behind his work. Call him for roofing repair, whole house fans, and skylights.

Jerry Velasco, owner of All-​Tech Roofing, installed a whole house fan in my 1921 North Park home.
