These guys are SO professional — and really friendly too. I actually looked forward to their coming at the crack of dawn each day. Not only did they improve my house — a lot — but they also added some zip to my life with their upbeat personalities! Scott has an incredible eye for detail, and Susan was really organized and made sure there were no unpleasant surprises. They are a creative construction/​design team with integrity and I recommend them with no reservations whatsoever.

Scott and Susan Stevenson were a godsend when our plumber from «down the hill» was overly expensive and not showing up to work on our cabin in Julian. We called Scott one night and he was on the job at 7:30 the next morning – a Saturday! He did a tremendous job. We then hired him to put our metal roofs on both the house and out building. Again, they were on time, a great price and a joy to work with. With Scott’s architecture background he has had some great design ideas for us. I highly recommend Stevenson Design and Construction – I think the most important things about selecting someone to design and build your project are: good listener, they really find out what your expectations/​needs are; 2) honesty, if they say they’ll be on site, they show up. If they quote a price they don’t have costs increases in the middle of the job. 3) Value – the cost is worth what is accomplished. Stevenson Design and Construction ticked all the boxes and beyond that they are super nice people! This team is capable of small projects or whole buildings; I will use them again.
