History

Established in 1988.

Brenda K. Tworoger, President and Certified Property Manager, founded the firm in 1988. Colleen Nemeth, President and Principal, CPM & CSM joined the company in 2001. Working together Brenda and Colleen have assembled a talented, highly skilled staff that makes the difference. This dynamic team, with over 110 years of collective experience, possesses the background and «hands on» capabilities to undertake and direct all aspects of property supervision. Our office is located in the Kearny Mesa area of San Diego, which affords the staff ease of access throughout Southern California. This prime location provides Spectrum staff with the opportunity to make frequent property visits to visit with tenants, ensure that property maintenance is being completed and alert clients of any potential problems.

Our philosophy is that each project should be managed with the same care and attention to detail that we would give our own property.
