Take a «Selfie»? Yeah, that self photo all the kids take. Well I just took a new one and feel amazing! 3 years ago that wasn’t the case. When I was 53 years old I was overweight, tired all the time with the 3 o’clock blues that only strong coffee could fix. I had a grumpy attitude. With some easy, super simple steps, I learned how to change. Next I started helping others. Now I teach this to my clients. Just like YOU! Today I’m 57 and those 38lbs are still off. I found that many people are tired or frustrated by attempts to lose weight so I created my «Sure-fit» method where I guarantee your results! I am the owner-expert and lifestyle coach. I help people to look better for a special event or just fit back into your old blue jeans. Serving people is a joy and not a job and seeing people make real change is the best!
