Just gotta say that every time I visit this store for a few sup’s, that Big Al is there with the right advice & knowledge. Thanks for being there & stay strong!

Friendly staff, most of the products are a bit overpriced if you shop around online but it’s convenient to have them all in 1 place with people who are knowledge about them. They offer personal training and nutrition coaching as well but I’ve only purchased products like protein powder, vitamins and egg whites (they stopped carrying these for some reason). Better than GNC in more ways than 1.

I swing by here today to pick up my pre work out and after work out supplements and thanks to AL for giving me the best combo.

We went to this place for my afternoon juice… It’s good for people who are body building as the juice had some protein powder and energy shots and was a little too sweet for my taste… It’s not a place where you’ll get a regular juice though with — greens and veggies…

First time here today, and i received amazing top notch service by AL. He gave me knowledge about the nutrition and the types of smoothies and recommended me the MANGO VANILLA smoothie when I said I wanted something refreshing. It sure was refreshing, healthy and very delicious! My boyfriend ordered the cookies and cream and that was very delicious as well. We came during happy hour where smoothies were 50% off! Highly recommend trying this place out!
Located right by fresh&easy supermarket and plenty of parking spots!

Always great service. If there’s a supplement you’ve been looking for they will have it delivered to the store. They always hook it up and def invest their time to help out and satisfy customers!

Al at In2It in Mira Mesa is one of the coolest guys you’ll ever meet. Not only is he super friendly, but he can whip up a fantastic smoothie or give you great nutritional advice all with a smile on his face. I highly recommend checking it out.

You can just forget about any other store for any workout sups! Very educated and personable! Never going anywhere else! No bull!

Great service! Extremely knowledgeable! They will take the time to learn who you are and really find a good system for you to work with. Smoothies are tasty as well! I recommend it over any other nutrition store in the area!

So psyched on this place! I was just casually walking by looking in when the guy at the desk welcomed me to take a look around. I told the guy who was helping me (can’t remember his name despite him telling me five times but it’s the guy in the striped nike shirt in the picture on their Unilocal page) that I was looking for a meal replacement powder. After talking a little more he pointed me to two that they carry and explained all the benefits of each and how they differ.
I really like how he didn’t try to convince me to buy the more expensive product which I feel like gnc does pretty often. I left feeling like I got a really good product at a very competitive price. He also gave me some cool tips on how to make them taste yummy! I just wish I wasn’t in such a rush to get to work, because he seemed like wealth of good knowledge.
Overall I felt super comfortable here which I never do in supplement stores. I will definitely make this my home base for all this vitamin/​supplement related.

This place is awesome, I was so happy they carried Blackstone Labs products here!!! Al and Dennis are super friendly and professional, will definitely come by again.

I have only ever been in here for the their smoothies, however, it looks so well organized and the staff is very nice.
The staff is super nice and they make it feel very family oriented and like they care about their customers.
Not to mention the smoothies are delicious and healthy!
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I called by phone to ask if this store carried a product I was looking for: Optimum Nutrition Opti-​Men Supplement, and got the worst customer service in my life. The gentleman I spoke to was super impatient and quite rude and made me feel unvalued as a potential customer. I was simply inquiring if they carried this product and was told things like «we’ve carried this for 15 years, what else do you want?» How am I supposed to guess this, it’s the reason I called in the first place! I will never set foot in this store.

Overall, it didn’t make a distinct impression on me. This is a supplement shop comparable to GNC in pricing, selection is not as complete.
I tried a smoothie because I read on Unilocal that this was the place in Mira Mesa to get them. It was nothing special: powder, ice, and a blender. A comparable smoothie could be made at home with a blender, and wouldn’t cost you 5 bucks. It felt like pop nutrition; just tell me something is healthy, but don’t give me a comprehensive rundown of what I’m actually drinking.
I like that its personally owned and run, but I couldn’t recommend it.

Stopped in on my way to work to grab a pre workout. Received great customer service and a nice military discount. It’s a little out of my way from home but i won’t go anywhere else again. Thanks guys!

Been going here sporadically for several years whenever I run out of protein powder and don’t want to wait for
shipping lol. This place has always had good and friendly customer service. As far as I’ve seen, they don’t product-​push which is a big turn-​off when entering other nutrition stores.
They have 1-​one-​1 personal training in the back room. I’ve done a couple boxing training sessions here and it was a great lesson/​workout.
