Go Slim U! is all about improving your health through achieving a healthy weight and learning healthy eating behaviors and habits so that you can maintain a healthy weight. We offer an excellent weight loss program that includes a meal plan and health coaching. Go Slim U! also offers individual or group coaching/classes to help you adopt healthy habits regarding what and how you eat.

Go Slim U! builds on Health Coach Amanda’s experience helping clients lose weight with a planned-meal program, expanding into a larger variety of food theories and education.

For many people, getting to a healthy weight is the first step in improving their health.
Health has been an interest of mine for years — ever since I realized that not everyone had learned healthy eating habits growing up, things I had learned from my mother.
Unfortunately, many people do not realize the importance of what they eat on their overall health. In fact, if you are looking to improve your health, exercising will get you 20% of the way there, but the other 80% is what you eat!
I have studied health coaching at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and also through The MacDonald Center for Obesity Prevention and Education (C.O.P.E) & Villanova University College of Nursing.
I plan to live to 100+ and be healthy and active until the day I leave this world. Have you thought about where you will be in 30 years, 10 years, 5 years or even 1 year? Will you be in a wheelchair, or out on the dance floor? The choice is yours!
