Terrible! Scheduled but did not show up twice and had no curtesy to call ahead to let me know.

totally disappointed. made an appointment to have one of my tenants (my best tenant, by the way), dance studio treated for bugs. the tenant made an appointment for a saturday morning just as the employee wanted. she lives in temecula and the dance studio is in escondido.
he did a no show!!! how unprofessional. needless to say, i will never use them for any of my rental properties.

SERVIZ is awesome! They send a Pro same day and have great prices without hidden fees.

Quoted me one price over the phone and then make me wait for my appointment 5 hours later to find out it will be over double the cost I was quoted.

I recently moved back to San Diego and found Serviz… I had a lot of little things to fix and now I have a go to. I have been lucky with the people that have been sent. I will definitely keep using them.

Tom was as good as it gets. Prompt, professional and attentive to detail. He restored the color of my main florr grout after 10 years of use. Awesome!

I never write reviews but this needed to be said. If i could give negative stars I would. I had these guys come out on a Monday to clean my dryer vent, they scheduled me 5 – 7 pm because I work. The technician kept calling me at work wanting to come earlier because he said «I don’t want to hit traffic going home.» I told him there is no way I can be home I will be home exactly at 5 pm, and to please not come any sooner. My babysitter calls me while I’m driving because he was there wanting to come in. I am not OK with a man whom I have never met coming to my house with my young baby sitter and infant son home alone. He was there maybe 20 min tops and i’m exaggerating on that time. He never did anything from the inside where my dryer is. I paid $ 99 and he was gone.
My dryer was worse I was taking 2 hours to dry clothes and even then my clothes were still wet. I called a repair man for my dryer and he told me there was nothing wrong with my dryer, when he checked my vent from the outside he pulled wet lint. I called serviz to complain and they sent the same stupid technician who didn’t clean it to begin with. I told customer service that I didn’t like the guy calling me and did not want him coming to my home before 5 pm, they told me that would not happen and would inform him. Surprise surprise the tech calls me at 8:00 am wanting to come, I told him it was not ok. He told me that he didn’t need me there to do the job, I responded that yes he did because I wanted to watch him do the job since it wasn’t done. He then responded by arguing stating he did do it and that it was my machine, I told him about the repair man’s findings. During this texting I had to call customer service 2 times to get him to leave me alone and they kept telling me «he is not supposed to do that we will speak to him.» Another surprise is the guy never showed up and customer service calls me to tell me there is no technician in the area… WTF! I literally told him that this was bull shit and the guy simply didn’t want to do it, I asked for my money back, which they did a refund that will take 7 – 10 days!!!
They are the worst company, don’t be fooled by their fancy website! I called another company by the name of San Diego Dryer Vent cleaning (they had amazing reviews) Frank was extremely professional and only charged me $ 89. When I explained to him what the other guy did he said that is not how you clean a vent. They came out early, communicated wonderfully. Cleaned my vent from inside my home and out. Seems like the original idiot made my vent worse and compacted all the wet lint in one giant clog. They were amazing! Serviz is a joke, and I will be hounding them for my money if I don’t see it back soon.

We had a security door installed this morning by Bilal, and are very pleased with everything from start to finish. He was professional and knowledgelable. This company exceeded our expectations and we will definitely use them for any other jobs we have in the future.

I should have read the reviews first before making an appointment with them!
I made an online appointment 1 week in advance with a 2 hour window of 10:00 — 12:00…at 10:10 they called to apologize that there wasn’t a tech in my area and would have to cancel. Didn’t bother to want to reschedule or anything. I hung up… definitel not a good way for them to do business let alone keep it!

Had a clogged toilet and Silvano came out and explained what needed to be done and the what ifs that come with unclogging a toilet. He was very professional and friendly in his demeanor. He had to lift up the toilet and unclog it from the back. The job was done with 30 minutes. I was very pleased with Silvano. Awesome job!

Here is my story with this company:
I scheduled a fridge repair two days in advance through their app, got confirmation and all.
Half an hour before the appointment they called me and canceled it, without any apology. Just they said we cant send anyone now!
This is how much you can trust this company.
The idea is great, but people who run it have no clue how to run a business.

Call someone else. I gave them 3 chances — carpet cleaning and ice maker repair.
Coffee stains reappeared and I ended up getting it out myself. Looked it up on the Internet. I did try to call the carpet cleaner to have him come back out. Left him a message and sent a text. Never heard back.
Thought I would give Serviz another chance since my boss liked their service. Mistake! The service repair man came out, spent 3 hours taking the ice maker apart. Put it back together and said he would check back in 2 days to check on it. He even set up a follow up appointment. Well it didn’t work and started leaking. I called him. No answer and his voicemail was full. I sent a text. Surprise? Heard nothing back. I called Serviz to see if they could reach him. Nope. So they said they would send someone else out. Strike 3. The 2^nd repairman said my ice maker should have been replaced. Okay. How much? Answer $ 500. Not! Then he wanted to charge me $ 29 for just opening the door.
I requested a refund because they say satisfaction guaranteed. Fortunately I did get the refund. They get 1 star for that.
Do yourself a favor and call someone else. I ended up calling Sheerman Appliance Repair. He was knowledgeable and replaced the ice maker in 30 minutes for $ 198. I saved myself $ 300 by calling an actual appliance repair place.

So now that I am reading all of the reviews I know better. I had an appointment for a 130 – 330 window only to find at 3:20 that there was an emergency that came up and the next electrician would not be able to come out until 7pm. I had already waited 2 hours that I did not want to wait another 4 hours for maybe somebody coming out. I had to contact them to find this out btw. I rescheduled for 830am the next day so I will write a follow up IF they come out so they can redeem themselves. But at this point, it is not looking good. The only reason I am giving 2 stars vs 1 is due to the customer service as it isn’t their fault the contracted workers aren’t doing their part. I hope they have a policy where they drop the contract of those who do unreliable work.

The next day they sent in the «cleaner» (the one who makes it all better and rights the wrongs) His service was excellent. He made sure he had 5 star service and was courteous, knowledgeable and took his time to explain what the issue was and what he was going to do. If at all possible, see if Joaquin is available for your electrical needs.

Okay, I did not read the reviews prior to scheduling an appointment on 01/​15/​2016 When I called at 9 a. m and was told the service requested was $ 89 dollars and there was a service window the same day from 1100 – 1300 hrs I was excited and relieved. Half the price of Home Depot contractors.
An hour into the service window I received a call from Pilar, apologizing and informing me they had no one available to respond and the price was going to be $ 99 instead of $ 89.
She rescheduled me for Monday the 18^th of January. After reading the reviews I am keeping my fingers crossed and hope they keep their commitment.

Update: the contractor showed up albeit he did complain that he normally doesn’t service my area. Besides the comment he was professional and completed the work in a timely manner he did forget to take away the old ceiling fan he was replacing. I was given a $ 25 dollar discount for the previously missed appointment. Would I use them again? Yes. I like the ease of use and the upfront pricing.

Service tech Gerardo was outside of the prearranged arrive window and showed up an hour later than he said he would when he called to say he was late. He arrived and had an attitude about street parking. He whined about being hungry and not eating all day and that’s why he didn’t want to put together the furniture I contracted him to assemble. He said that he could come back the next morning and charge me less if I could pay him cash. I got tired of the run around and sent him away. I immediately booked a TaskRabbit contractor who showed up on time, was professional and very nice. I will never recommend Serviz.

MUST READ! Beware. I should have read the Unilocal reviews before relying on these guys.
I called Serviz early in the morning for an emergency plumbing issue that needed care of the same day. They said they could have a tech here between 1−3pm. Their tech calls at 3:15 and says he’s running late and will be here at 4:30. He misses his deadline again and is unresponsive to phone calls. The Serviz team can reach him until close to their closing time at 7pm. How embarrassing that they don’t have any communication with their own worker.
Serviz cost me 7 hours of my time, money from missing work, and the opportunity cost to have another company make the repair. I hope someone reads this and decides not to use Serviz. If i’m able to save just one person from having the same experience than i’d be happy.
Serviz, please don’t apologize and respond to my comment. It is not accepted. Unless you want to pay for the cost of a main drain cleaning performed by another reputable company. If you respond it confirms that you don’t take attention to your customers needs and have not read my comments and feedback.

OMG!!! PLEASE DONT’T BE MISLEAD BY THE CHEAP ADVERTISED PRICE!!!
DO NOT USE THEM! I called to book a job for their regular basic steam cleaning which is advertised as $ 33.00/per Room. When I called they said they has a 2-​Room Minimum, and they asked me what the overall square footage was, which was a 1-​Bedroom Apartment at 600 square feet. The Customer Service Rep NEVER SAID we have a MINIMUM of 500 Square Foot to meet. If you go over that square footage-​which we were later informed of this fact the day of the job from the technician)-you are charged additional $ 33.00 for every extra square footage. This would have been information I needed to know ahead of time from the initial contact with this company.
Apperently whatever the technician says «GOES». I explained to the Sales Rep this was never disclosed to me and was mis-​leading and was a poor reflection on them. I called and tried to explain my side that we were prepared to pay $ 66.00, and it changed after they neglected to inform me about the extra square footage charge=another room,) so I could make an educated decision if I still wanted them to do the job or not.
To make a long story short, I asked for the Manger her name is Jamie, she argued with me and was making excuses after excuses and would not take responsibility for their Customer Service Rep’s not disclosing this information. I finally hung up on Jamie as she did not care she was sticking to her guns of the $ 99.00 charge. The technician also told me he would only accept CASH, or MAJOR CREDIT CARD. When I booked the job they told me they accept Personal or Company Checks and Major Credit Cards. Another level of deception
from these people. DO NOT USE THEM PLEASE !!!
I plan on tracking down the owner and letting them know what happened. They LIE AND treat customers like CRAP!!!

So my bathroom is unusable due to drain clog. I book on line with SERVIS for the NEXT DAY! When my appt window of 10 – 12 am begins I get a call telling me they are cancelling the appt due to lack of
plumber in my area at the time. NO OFFER to reschedule, NO recommendation as to where I might
get help NOTHING BUT SORRY have a good day.
What BS! Why didn’t they insure support when I booked? This is a simple snake job. Zero stars for their zero respect. (Had to give them 1 star so I could post this) They are as useless as a clogged drain.

Scheduled an appointment (early morning) on a holiday weekend. I received multiple texts & email confirming the late afternoon appointment.
Then I received a call within 20 minutes of the scheduled appointment to tell me no appointment was canceled! Stuck with an appliance full of water and only options, costly 24 hr Plummer on a holiday weekend, or wait for 2 – 3 days for repair availability!
Ridiculous! Unacceptable! Never use them again!
