History

Established in 1991.

My career started in 1991 in Orange County buying homes at foreclosure auctions at the courthouse steps. I quickly had to learn how to appraise a home, the cost to rehab the home and of course how to market a home for top dollar when selling the home. I then started purchasing apartment buildings for my investment group. This was very successful, so I decided to spend my late 20’s sailing around the South Pacific. In my early 30’s I started a lending career learning how loans were originated and how to underwrite a borrower to get approved for a home or commercial loan. In my late 30’s I started Green Development Financial. We fund green projects across the country. I then formed a development group to build out the green project we were funding. When the real estate market corrected in late 2008, we stopped all development and started buying single family homes to rent, refurbished and sell. When the short sale market started, I listed and sold many homes starting in 2010.

Sean Germon is a licensed real estate broker, He is also a family man with two children in the La Jolla school system. Sean has been fortunate to have sailed across the pacific ocean, lived in Bali, Japan, Turkey, Europe and a few small island that most people have not heard of. Sean started developing Green Homes in 2007 when most of America had not yet embraced the green revolution. Sean is known for seeing what is the next big move in Real Estate. He currently developing Green Sustainable Homes in Point Loma, La Jolla, and Encinitas. Sean and his team are always looking for the next green development to help San Diego change the way homes are built.
