John Rim is fast to find solutions, quick to communicate, and extremely hard working. He is efficient, competitively priced, and very friendly. He was willing to take on one of my properties that just came out of an eviction. One day after I called him, he met with my previous property manager, took photos, then a few hours later was able to provide me with a report and proposed solutions. Once the management agreement was signed, he started IMMEDIATELY to get the property into rental condition. He is 100% a professional and gives me confidence my property is being taken care of.

John has been great to me first as a renter and now as a property owner.
When I was a renter at my last house the property manager tried to jerk us around on our move out and deposit. John was able to consult with me on what my rights were and what was the best way to handle the situation. We got out when we wanted and got our full deposit back.
Now as an owner of a rental unit myself, John has been able to prove himself again. He is experienced, knowledgeable, and resourceful. So far with any problem, John has always known what to do or had a referral on hand of the right guy for the job. Every interaction with him is comfortable and clear. As a property manager, John is exactly what you want. He takes care of everything so that owning property can feel easy.

If you have a property to rent/​lease, just trust John Rim and his company to do all the complicated job for you, so you don’t have to go through advertising, putting «FOR RENT» signs every corner, having OPEN HOUSE, doing credit checks, and much more headache-​causing things on the list just to rent a property by yourself. This company’s service is worth every penny! I’ve been using this company to take care of everything for my investment property for about 8 years now (company used to be under different name, but with the same manager). I’ve been in and out of country for the last few years without any worries. John is very professional, organized, responsible, and he will definitely help you save money in the long run! In all my years I have only seen very very few things that are just too good to be true, ended up being true. John Rim and his company SD Discount Property Manager LLC was one of that.
John is a great property manager /​real estate agent, professional, honest, caring and just a plain great guy.
We had a very complicated situation with one of our properties and if it was not for him it would have been a real big mess.
